Fine for only one night stay
The only thing I like in this hotel is the location , other than that , room is super small and the sound proofing is really bad as we stayed in ground floor , we can hear ppl walking in the upper level clearly . We have stayed for 5 days and the housekeeping lady came everyday, however all she did is clear the trash. There is no changing of bed sheet or towel . My legs feel very itchy at the end . If I will come to London again , I will not choose this hotel

酒店太旧了，早上被楼上的人走动，洗漱吵醒，前台印度小哥不是很热情，包早餐，只吃了一次，就没有再去吃了，食品一般，餐厅很小，空气不流通，太热喘不过气，酒店离地铁站500米。离店酒店帮叫的出租车，好像是私家车，司机态度很差，很差。

以三星飯店來說，整體而言算舒適，房間大小也適中，唯一的問題是沒有電梯，當拿著大型行李時，較顯不便

A good stay
I was very happy with my stay at the ABC Hyde Park. The room was nice, clean and fairly newly decorated. The bed was one of the better ones I've had on my many stays at different hotels in London. There where blankets and a duvet if cold. Liked that option. Only one little minor thing, a lamp by the bed would be very nice. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed made and towels changed. It was possible to get breakfast at the hotel and it was OKish. It was a bit anoying that you had to hand in the key everytime you left(I know it is for security reasins), and that you had to be buzzed in everytime at both doors. The staff was nice and helpful. All in all a good stay😊

Found out late that The shower didn’t drain. Flooded the shower room. Had to ask to move rooms. Felt like an inconvenience! Relocated to a new room next to reception. boiling hot room. With a very noisy fan. Couldn’t open windows due to smokers outside the window. Woken up super early with loud talking, banging and crashing from reception. Even though it was cheap, we Will not be staying there again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff at reception do not even bother to acknowledge you as you go in and out. On the surface the room looked ok. Around the window which was very dangerous and just comes slamming down it was absolutely disgusting and not been cleaned for a very long time. Beds are old and creaky although sheets appeared quite clean. Our room was right next to reception we could hear everyone coming into hotel. The door bell and and phone ringing at all times of day and night.

Great location needs a little love
Excellent location, cannot fault check in or out.friendly staff. Photos on website are outdated and a little misleading. Our headboard was scuffed, we only had luke warm water to shower with if not cold and no towels supplied until we asked. Simple little things could make it a fab find.

Perfekte zentrale Lage mit der Nähe zum Paddington-Bahnhof und Underground mit Anbindung zum Flughafen Heathrow. Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wer nur bei Ruhe schlafen kann, empfiehlt ich Ohropax mitzunehmen. Das englische Fenster mit Einfachverglasung hält auch bei Verschluss keinen Lärm fern. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und nicht gerade lecker. Selbst die 5 Pfund sind es nicht wert. Man kann besser auswärts frühstücken gehen oder sich abends etwas z.B in der Paddington Station kaufen und morgens im Zimmer verzehren. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee befindet sich auf dem Zimmer. IMMER gekauftes Wasser dafür verwenden! Das Leitungswasser ist mit Chlor versetzt. Das Bett ist bequem, das Badezimmer sehr klein, das Interieur ist modern aber nicht gerade sauber. Generell wird hier nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Den Handtuchtrockner musste ich ersteinmal entstauben, um ihn benutzen zu können, und selbst das gelang mir nicht so richtig, da der Staub in Kombination mit Wasserdampf schon festgesetzt war. Wie der Toilettenfuß von außen aussah, möchte ich gar nicht beschreiben…. An der Rezeption war man immer sehr freundlich und man gab mir hilfreiche Tipps. Auch den Koffer konnte man dort bedenkenlos für den An- und Abreisetag verstauen. Aber bei den Zimmern würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Reinigung intensiver vollführt wird. Sieht man über die Makel hinweg, kann man dort eine nette Zeit verbringen.

Huoneen hinta oli niin edullinen että siihen nähden kaikki ok. Eka yö oli kylmä mutta seuraava hiukan parempi kun oli lämmitys päällä. Vessanpöntössä valui vesi tipottain koko ajan eli oli kohinaa. Aamiainen vain 5 puntaa oli hyvä. Sijainti hyvä minulle.

Hoofdbord bed was van nepleer, was afgebladderd grote stukken eraf, deken te klein voor 2 personen en gaten langs de randen, na twee keer vragen, dag en avond receptie werd ergens een fleecekleed vandaan gehaald die als extra dekentje dienst kon doen, hoezo heeft een hotel geen extra dekens? Tevens heel onhandig de toiletbril was kleiner dan de toiletpot. Wiebelende stopcontacten, kortom heel veel achterstallig onderhoud.
