Was average hotel. Rooms need to be updated. Many skinny staircases that are very creaky. Bathrooms are very nice and updated.

Do not stay here unless you really have to. There was mouse drippings on bed when we got there. The carpet floor was disgusting and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed it months. The roof had stains all over it. Oddly enough the bathrooms were totally renovated but i they didn’t bother with the rooms. Also, the mattress may be 20 years old because we were both basically sinking to the bed frame. Maybe the worst place I’ve ever stayed…

Lights didn’t work in the room no hot water and took me forever knocking on the door to drop my bags off as I was seeing shows that day had it been longer than 1 night I would of complained would not book again!

The owner had all the charm and charisma of a varucca. The bed was broken. I slept in my clothes it was that bad.

Staff wanted me to check out at 10:30 AM when the reservation states that check out was at 11:00 AM. The water in the showers wasn’t hot, just a bit warm. Wouldn’t recommend this hostel in the winter.

Sdb en travaux, draps pas très propres, la lumière dans le sas devant la chambre reste allumée 24/7, ce serait bien d'y mettre un détecteur de mouvements pour pas avoir la chambre éclairée la nuit, fenêtre mal isolée, bouilloire pleine de tartre. Ce qui est bien c'est qu'il y avait un petit lavabo dans la chambre, ce qui évite les aller retours dans la sdb commune, mais pas de mirroir pour se maquiller, ce serait mieux ainsi on passerrait moins de temps dans la sdb. C'était pas l'enfer mais certaines choses pourraient être améliorées

Cheap and cheerful, did the job for a quick one night stop over staff friendly waiting for me when arriving. 5 min walk to Euston and Kings Cross. Will use again!

This was an interesting experience... To be fair we just needed somewhere to lay our head ready for an early train journey in the morning so wasnt expecting alot but like something from a comedy sketch it didnt even meet the low expectations we already had. There are several rooms on each floor all of which share a bathroom and toilet. There are public toilets cleaner than the room we stayed in. Our double room consisted of 2 single metal creaky beds one of which was held together with jubilee clips. The walls had been poorly patched up and grime and dirty around the ceiling and window. The spare pillow was yellow and there were what looked like blood stains on one of the bed sheets. Walls are paper thin and you can everyone and everything throughout the creaky floored building. Would i stay here again? No and nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here either.

Worst hotel I've stayed in, manager gave us the wrong key so we woke other guests up when entering the room, then had a go at us for having the wrong key.

今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最低のホテルでした。 ドアの鍵はとても開けにくいものでした。階段、床は軋む音がします。 シャワーは使い物になりません。水圧は弱く、温度も安定せず、挙げ句の果てにはお湯が出なくなりました。 良かった点はスナックとWi-Fiの2点のみです。

j ai été accueillie à l'hôtel Albany et on m'a dit d'aller dans un autre hôtel le County car l hôtel Albany ne pouvait pas m'accueillir. l'accueil a été très chaleureux tout de même seulement les chambres sont très bruyantes et je n'ai pas dormi des 2 nuits que j'avais réservées. car les portes ont claqué toute la nuit et les gens sont sans gêne, il n'y a pas d'isolation on entend les bruits de la rue et il y a des mites. les draps étaient propres et le personnel de ménage très bien

It was bad, even for £50 stay somewhere else.
I have stayed in quite a few hotels in this price bracket given I have a 2.5hr commute so I’m not expecting great things, but a welcome, a comfy clean bed is all I need. I got neither. Ringing on the door, told we’re full, had to persuade them I actually had a booking then the bed must have been 90yrs old it was hideous. I won’t be staying there again.

The property was NOT what was portrayed! It had mice entering room from under door, filthy, sticky carpet that hadn't been vacuumed in who-knows-how-long, thick dust on the furniture, moldy shower in the shared bathroom with a toilet that didn't flush. We were moved early on in our stay from one room to another. Noisy smokers in the room next door. No continental breakfast, as was advertised as included in the cost of the room....ended up leaving the hotel about a third of the way through the stay and finding another place to stay!!! EXPEDIA - both you AND the ALBANY HOTEL should be ashamed of yourselves!! Such false advertising! Expedia should NOT be promoting this place!

Roof of the property was leaking and shower did not work, so I could not bathe. The hotel was very noisy, other lodgers were making noise and saying lots of F- words. Especially the next room to the room i stayed. They kept on banging their doors. It was a terrible experience!
