We were placed in the basement and when we got there mold was on the ceiling and there was no working WiFi. In addition, a dehumidifier was running (assuming because of the mold). We booked another place to stay for the night because the front desk was closed. In the morning we went back and explained the situation. The lady said “oh yeah we’ve had problems with this room when it rains” why would we be placed in it then I asked? They had no other room to move us to so I requested a full refund and left.

Decent stay

I have stayed here before love the location. The rooms are nice and clean with nice amenities. Has some issues with power took a day to resolve, also the WiFi has issues but that was resolved by the following day as well. None the less a lovely place to stay. Modern and well kept. Very Close to Earls Court tube, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Pharmacies and markets all within 3 minute walk.

The hotel cancelled my reservation saying that they could not charge my credit card. However, my bank informed me that there's no problem with the card I used to guarantee the booking. We arrived at the hotel on 31 December 2019 at around 10 pm only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled and there was no more room available! I had never had any problems with Hotels.com and this is really terrible! Aw were told to leave the hotel reception by 11 pm and we were left in the cold night with no place to stay! As a result, we also missed the fire works in London, something which we had been looking forward to for almost 6 months!!!!

Location was great, close to tube station and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable And had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Flat could have had better lighting in bathroom.

NO AC. 2 rooms, near by the subway station, friendly check in. This is more of a apartment building than a hotel or even a hostel. somewhat dirty. There were a couple of half drank bottles of water left in the fridge. I'm guessing from previous guests.

Upgraded to a one bedroomed apartment which was lovely. Room was clean and owners/manager had seemed to think about everything including supplying tea/coffee sachets, towels, hairdryer and an iron!!! Shower needed some attention but the Manager said he would report it to maintenance and thanked us for telling him.

Room for improvement.

Very friendly welcome and helpful greeting. The room was comfortable enough but my only pointers would be: The shower hose was absolutely filthy There’s 2 light settings. Full on and full on. There’s no lamp so you either sit in the dark or sit with 6 blinding spot lights turned on. The insulation’s not brilliant so when you turn the TV off you can hear lots of other people moving about in halls and other rooms

Very clean and nice

Lovely room reminds you of a small studio home. Clean, the gentleman that welcomed me as very helpful. Was there for quick modeling gig and he made my stay feel very personal. Area is great. Very close to Earls Court tube. Would recommend !

Great value Kensington/Chelsea

I booked this room for my wife, she was staying alone in London. The room was bright and clean. The location is in a safe area and the location is fantastic. Mr Anand was very helpful, he assisted my wife with everything. The laundry and kitchenette makes this studio apartment a great value.
