The Space:
This elegant Victorian home spans 4 floors (please note there is no lift) and has been finished to an exceptional standard throughout. Both sitting rooms are light-filled and spacious, featuring wooden floors, stylish furnishings, and doors that open onto a generous terrace.
The master bedroom is tastefully understated and includes an en-suite bathroom with a marble-surrounded bathtub. All bedrooms are prepared with crisp hotel-quality linen, plush towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries.
The kitchen offers plenty of space for dining around a large table and is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, along with a large TV, coffee machine, and convenient laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all parts of the house, and be the sole occupants.

This home is perfectly positioned in the heart of one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. The iconic Harrods department store is just a short walk away, while a wide selection of high-end restaurants and boutiques are all close by. The V&A, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum can all be reached within a 10-minute walk.

Getting Around:
A wide range of major attractions—including boutique shops, museums, parks, restaurants, and bars—are all within easy walking distance of the property. Knightsbridge and South Kensington Underground stations are both just a five-minute walk away, providing access to the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines, so you can reach all parts of London with ease. Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
