    The property is set on a quiet residential street in Stoke Newington, a neighbourhood known for its relaxed, community-focused atmosphere and strong independent scene. Church Street, around a 10-minute walk away, forms the heart of the area and offers an excellent selection of cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants and small boutiques, many of which are locally owned and well regarded.



    Clissold Park is approximately 0.6 miles from the property and provides a welcome green escape, with open lawns, walking paths and a café within the park grounds. The area is popular with families and professionals alike, offering a balance of calm residential living and everyday convenience. With good transport connections and a village-like feel, Stoke Newington is well suited to guests looking for a more local London experience while remaining well connected to the rest of the city.



    Getting Around:

    The property is well positioned for exploring East and North London, with excellent Overground connections and several popular neighbourhoods close by



    • Dalston Kingsland Station – approx. 0.2 miles | around a 4–5 minute walk

    • Rectory Road Overground Station – approx. 0.6 miles | around a 12–15 minute walk

    • Stoke Newington Overground Station – approx. 1.1 miles | around a 20–25 minute walk

    • De Beauvoir – a short walk

    • Newington Green – a short walk



    Several bus routes operate nearby, offering easy access to Shoreditch, Islington, the City and Central London. Cycling is also popular in this area, with cycle lanes and routes connecting Dalston and the surrounding neighbourhoods.



    Other Things to Note:

    The property is currently for sale. Occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.
