Restaurants nearby. Windows were quite soundproof, it was quite loud staying on the front of the building.

Bathroom was stinky and rooms were too hot at night to sleep. This apartment is above a bar therefore terrible noise late night of smashing empty beer bottles. I will not recommend anyone to live in this apartment.

Super Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage. Einzig die Kommunikation über mehrere Kanäle (Expedia App, WhatsApp und Email) war z.T. verwirrend, aber das hat ein annullierter Flug und damit verspätete Ankunft auch verschuldet...

We stayed here on the night of the BTS concert in Tottenham stadium and the location was perfect. Easy to get to and from stadium and good size for up to 6 adults. Property very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the heat but there is an aircon in the living room and they have supplied 2 fans for the bedrooms.

Bob W St Paul's is a fantastic location for a visit to London. Watling Street is lovely and a bit noisy at night but in some ways adds to the experience!

The stay was fairly good. It is a great location for getting around, close to restaurants and amenities. The communication set up is great and straight forward. I would stay here again if I was coming in for a bit of fun or pub crawling. This trip I had family with me and it wasn't the best environment for them. The location is extremely noisy with the pubs below. The evenings were noisy with the people drinking in the streets, and the mornings were early with the garbage/glass collections. We were here during a heatwave so had to have the windows open, so the noise effected us especially. Overall I'd stay again, it would just be helpful to know if we were booking a street facing room. An extra fan, and sheets/pillow cases for the sofa bed would be nice too.

Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.

The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. As for the structure, nothing to complain about.

This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. The door was a tad tricky to open but the keypads worked well so our family could split off without sharing keys. We travelled during the heat wave, and although there was no A/C, once we figured out the best placement for the fans, it wasn't too bad. Hot, but manageable. We liked the local furniture and products, and made use of the borrowed tote during our stay. The location was great for an event nearby and easy to get there by transit too.

We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed.

Hervorragend ist die sehr zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Für vier Personen war das Appartement beengt und bietet daher auch wenig Ablageflächen, insb für nasse Handtücher. Für einen Aufenthalt von wenigen aber ausreichend. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.
