The flat is a short walk from the centre of Brixton, a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of cafes, bar, restaurants and boutiques. Perfect base for exploring London, 10 mins on the tube to Oxford Circus in the centre of town.
The flat is a charming split level Victorian conversion on the first and second floor, based in a quiet street just a 7-8 minute walk from the neighbourhood of Brixton with its shops, bars, restaurants and cafes - a great place to have brunch, dinner or drinks, or browse the independent shops of Brixton village.
The space is bright and spacious, and is set out in such a way over three levels to give groups privacy. The living room has two big comfy sofas and a dining table. There is a TV with a range of channels plus Netflix, and WiFi.
The two bedrooms each have comfortable double beds and ample wardrobe space. There is also a sofa bed in the living room allowing up to five guests to sleep comfortably in the flat.
The kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, fridge, oven and hob, toaster and kettle and features a breakfast bar.
There is one light and airy bathroom with a bath and shower. There's also a small sunny roof terrace for enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast.
Brixton tube station is on the Victoria line, as is Stockwell, both stations are approx 7-8 min walk from the flat and take you to Oxford Circus in just 10 minutes.
Victoria (Gatwick Express) is approx 7 min journey on the tube.
Please note: -the flat is on the first floor (no elevator), and is split level so there are also stairs inside (no stair guards for younger children). -the terrace is for guests only and not built for gatherings, capacity is 5 people maximum, and please take care not to lean on the railings.
