Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, direkt in Notting Hill mit fünf Minuten zur Portobello Road.Die Kommunikation bzgl des Check-Ins war schlecht, die Infos kamen kurz bevor wir angekommen sind. Auf schriftliche Nachfragen über Fewo gab es überhaupt keine ReaktionDie Unterkunft entsprach zwar den Fotos. Allerdings war alles dreckig, es hat muffig gestunken, es gab kein Geschirr und Besteck in der Kochecke und der Teppich zum Badezimmer war dauerhaft feucht.Die Unterkunft ist für drei Personen angegeben, der dritte Schlafplatz ist allerdings ein winziges Schlafsofa, auf dem eine Person über 1,30 Meter nicht schlafen kann. Die Matratze des Betts war komplett durchgelesen, man hat alle Federn im Rücken gespürt.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Getting check in information was very difficult. I hadn’t heard anything in the couple days leading up to our arrival so I reached out to the host in the early morning on the day we were meant to check in. A number of hours later I reached out again an hour and a half before we were meant to check in because I hadn’t heard anything but still got no response. I then finally called the VRBO help line who were able to get us check in information. When we got to the suite it looked like the pictures in the ad, however we needed to wipe down all the surfaces and the bathroom was quite dingy to the point that we would only wear shoes in it. I also never used the shower because there was mold on the shower curtain. The lock to the suite is only held in place by the frame along the door so the suite could have easily been broken into. On our second evening my husband saw a rat run from under the couch to under a kitchen cabinet. We called VRBO with our concerns as we previously had no luck in our contact with the host and we wanted resolution/somewhere else to stay quickly because we didn’t feel comfortable staying much longer. We left the next morning and ended up only staying two of the four nights we paid for. VRBO was great to deal with and tried to get a refund from the hosts for the two nights we didn’t stay there but the hosts refused a refund.
