就近柏靈丁車站交通非常之方便。雖然房間細小,但亦算滿意。我們所住房間為新近裝潢,設備都是新款。但美中不足之處是當多人同時使用 wifi , 上網速度慢, 有時還會出現有漏斗符號,等候連線問題。若果你還要一邊旅行,一邊工作,還是有流動數據較妥當。早餐食物不錯,員工服務勤快。總的來說是滿意。

First room checked in with lots of insects. Room changed to top floor, however, security came at midnight saying that DON'T walk too much as below floor complaint! This is the Hotel construction problem! The Room Floor carpet covered with wooden board with sounded " ed, ed, ed " when walking!

near Paddington station, bus stop, but hotel room is very small of 2 adults and one children, not change and clean the room and refill the cleaning gel everyday... need to inform reception and clean for you.

convenient access to LHR Airport
It's close to Paddingdon and 2 Tube stations and convenient to reach almost all attraction locations in London. Breakfast is fairly good. Rooms are small and shower is weak. Wi-Fi is hardly accessable in certain rooms.

非常推薦 一定會回住
能夠用這麼便宜的價格入住到這麼好的飯店非常高興 房間應該是剛裝修好的 很新又乾淨 房間雖然小但是應有盡有 也有化妝桌可以使用 更好的是房間內插頭非常多大約有10個 飯店位子離地鐵都很近 附近有超商 早餐更是讓我們驚喜 非常豐盛的早餐 有三種雞蛋 香腸 各種麵包吐司 果醬 水果 麥片 優格也有很多種口味 有茶咖啡果汁牛奶 用好吃的早餐開啟美好的一天 缺點是wifi非常弱 隔音不太好 浴室的水不熱 且沒有架子放沐浴乳等等 除此之外一且完美 推薦!

There were Mice in my room. during my stay: 1) the phone wasn’t working despite my report, 2) the elevator was out of order, causing inconvenience for my dad with heart issues, 3) the shower was not functioning, 4) only one of the broken heaters was fixed, leaving the room cold, and 5) there were mice in the room. I had to move due to this issue, and my belongings were affected.

Due to ongoing works exterior to our hotel this caused various disruptions, of which was further addressed to yourself and family on site and in response to your emails. Our lift, beyond the control and scope of the hotel, was isolated in accordance with our health and safety regulations. However we are pleased to confirm this was restored momentarily thereafter. Regrettably, maintenance could not access your room due to the nature of your do not disturb sign, of which your privacy was respected. We are pleased to confirm a change of room was provided to which these concerns were not faced further. Regardless, we are continuously working to improve and apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We hope you enjoyed your time in London nonetheless.

Do not stay at this property. It was dirty and moldy and the bathroom showers failed to work. The elevator was broken the entire time.

Me and my family was staying in for a week.Rooms clean,comfortable and cozy,breakfast EXCELLENT,so much choice for the breakfast.Stuff AMAZING,very friendly,respectful.Cleaning lady Mahima so sweet,lovely, respectful,with smile all the time,one big thanks to her and all other staff. I would highly recommend Brunel hotel,location is the best,close to transportation and shops as well. I would definitely stay in again!

Picked this property because they had an elevator in the description and this was critical for me and travel partner. They had a reasonable cost so I booked two rooms for they are limited for two bed options. Very disappointed elevator out of service and no estimate when it would be repaired. Excuse was it was near the holidays (17th Dec) and could not find a repair person. Were there 3 days and did not see anyone attempting to repair. They accommodated us with rooms on the second floor. They also had someone help carry out bags up and down. Did not like having to climb stairs up and down to restaurant and entry area.

Everything in this hotel is small - but in a great way. The rooms are small but comfortable. The elevator is tiny but fun - the kids loved it! Breakfast area is very small, but the staff is SO GOOD at keeping food flowing and keeping tables cleaned/cleared so everyone can sit down. The food was top rate - REAL EGGS which is a rarity in any hotel. We'd absolutely stay again!

Good staying
Small and reasonable hotel close to Paddington station. The mostly problem is that the Wifi is weak and intermittent, I had to give up attend remote meeting. The location is good, close to the station and Hyde Park, perfect, and the walk before breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast was better than I expected, the taste was good, and the staff's service was very good. Overall it was a good stay.

The quality of decor furniture fittings and facilities throughout the hotel is excellent.The bathroom and shower were excellent and the beds were very comfy though narrow . Double twin room was very small and my partner had to clamber over my bed to get in and out. Loo paper was very poor quality . wardrobe was filled with a fridge and safe so virtually no hanging space and one small drawer. only one chair in room and no shelf by sink for toiletries. Breakfast menu mainly very good continental choice or ,for hot breakfast ,choice of eggs frankfurters and baked beans . No English breakfast.
