Stinking and uncomfortable beds.
When we arrived the windows were open, strange as it is February and raining. When I closed the windows there was an unpleasant smell of sewage, that just wouldn't go. Although the bathroom was clean it stunk the whole bedsit out. No bedside table or lamp so I had to switch the main light off and stumble into bed. No extra pillows and the ones on the bed were very flat and wouldn't plump up. Bed was hard ...not a problem for some but too hard for me. The sofa bed had a ridge down the middle so my son kept rolling off and ended up in bed with me! Not ideal at 13 ! Cheap for London and now I know why!!

Took money and no one to check you in .
When we got there no one was at the door and when I called the number the man was very rude and simply refused to come and check us in. Despite me saying I have paid my money and I’ll basically be homeless if he didn’t come to check me in. He said he is 5 miles away . I said I’ll pay for his cab but he put down the phone and didn’t answer my subsequent calls . Never again.

Comfortable stay in great location.
Very comfortable stay in a clean and spacious apartment. Had everything I needed and it was a perfect location for my visit. Could have done with some communication beforehand with my room number and access code rather than arriving with no idea how to get in and having to stand outside calling them. Particularly on an extremely hot day after a lot of travelling! Other than that it was ideal accommodation for my needs and even an excellent breakfast cafe across the road.

Halfway House Of Grotty Bedsits
This property was supposed to be a modern spacious apartment in the centre of Camden. It was these two selling points that made us go for this and pay £300 for a Christmas break. We turned up to a small block of flats on the outskirts of Camden. Nobody to greet us or any email confirmation of our online check in. We rang a random mobile and at first was left as the person tried to find our booking. Then was told the door entry code. Once inside I would describe the place as a halfway house of grotty bedsits. It is blatant false advertising and i want something done about it.

Not in Camden
Rooms are in Islington not Camden. Found the room to be very grubby with a lot of hairs (not mine) in my bed, quite noisy from outside and very light due to curtains not very good, window in kitchen area without a curtain and a bright Illuminous green light above the door. Bath is for a midget so use the shower and couldn’t get to to work
