地點方便 房間設備齊全
位於地鐵south kensington站步行約七分鐘可抵達 隔壁巷口就有超市 公車去哪都非常方便 如果你參加tour或是機場線到victoria站轉程很推薦的！我們入住是新房型空間雖然不至寬敞但兩個28吋打開後房內移動很ok（要留意目前該飯店仍處於翻修狀態所以還是有可能會住到舊房）房內設備完整 煮飯洗衣微波沒問題 浴室也很乾淨水量水溫都很穩定（還有浴缸！）入住七天唯一可惜是不換浴巾 加上英國天氣並不是很乾燥 雖然有用烘乾加熱架但感覺還是沒有很乾淨 房務每日還是會來整理床鋪 有缺備品下樓跟櫃檯拿就好 櫃檯很親切。整體來說我還是很推薦的！（房間有提供衛浴用品 拖鞋記得自備）

房間太小，就連放行李喼的地方也沒有，兩個人連轉身位置也沒有，從沒有住過這麼小的房間。而全房間設備太舊。有些燈不能用，櫃門鬆，廁所面盤上玻璃不見了。 服務更差，對入住注意事項沒有提及。網上說明有WIFIIFI，又沒注明只得一個賬戶免費。而登入麻煩、多餘手續。 服務員態度差，明顯對亞洲人種有差異，樣樣都要加錢。 唯一好處是地點較佳，交通方便，鄰近多個博物館。

倫敦的理想居庭
我認為這間公寓式酒店是倫敦最划算，最舒適的理想居庭。連續第七年來倫敦都是住住在此處。酒店地理位置理想，10分鐘可到South Kensington地鐵站，步行2分鐘有超市，房內有洗衣乾衣機，煮食爐具，餐具，雪櫃，多士爐，電熱水壺，對於旅遊日數比較長的旅客來說，真是超級理想。酒店剛進行完裝修，一切電器都更新了。前臺服務員非常有禮，十分樂意幫忙，我的朋友深夜不舒服，職員幫忙召的士，教我們去那間醫院，回來的時候還問候我們。今次我住了2天studio, 5 天1 房單位，共7晚，非常滿意。下次再來依然會住在這裡。

Great location with just 5 mins walk to South Kensington tube station. The cleaning service is dope, housekeeper will help us do the dishes while we are out for sightseeing. The building has lift so we don’t need to carry big luggage on our own through stairs. The room is a little bit small than we thought with a bit difference from the photo shown on Expedia page. However, the overall is good.

整体条件可以，性价比还是比较高的。
酒店位置特别棒，购物或者去海德公园，白金汉宫都可步行前往，可以做饭，适合中国人居住，离地铁近，门口即可乘公交出行，不足之处，这次房间太小了，适合1个人，已经多次入住，以前挺大的，这次入住期间一直在装修，噪音大有味道。

The room is really small, the cold water tap in my toilet is not working. The innerspring of my bed matches seems broken as when I laid down, I felt my body was not level, my legs are higher up which caused me not comfortable. Their check out time is at 10 a.m. and even though extends you for one more hour, they will call you up at 10:30 a.m. to urge you for checking out.

Not recommended
We have booked our room 6 months in advance and was given a room with a very awful smell upon arrival. Asked for change of room but was told they were fully booked. They should have known the room stinks! Staffs were rude. Rooms really need refurbishment. There were a few broken windows in our room. One of the beds was old and hard where you can feel the springs when you sleep. They don’t provide fresh towels during the whole stay. We have to wash it by ourselves. You have to ask for more toilet papers and toiletries, they don’t refill. There were lots of noise from cars and passerbys early morning or late at night. Around 10 minutes walk from underground station. They kick you out before published checkout time because they are fully booked by slipping a letter into the room. Overall will not recommend to stay here unless you want to ruin your holiday.

翻新過的房間和糟糕房間相差很大，如果遇到與網站上照片不符的房間就要求換房間！ 入住時發現房間與網站不符。網站照片皆是其他翻新的房間和美化的照片，設備狀況老舊損壞，對外窗戶、浴室櫃子也無法關閉，揮之不去的異味，床上不少毛髮，牆面還有手印汙漬。不懂為什麼要提供如此糟糕的房間，儘管協助更換了正常房間但已經破壞第一印象，造成不愉快經驗令人掃興。

I was much worried about the hotel facilities after viewing the opinions made by the hotel's previous guests. However, those worries seemed unnecessary. All the facilities worked and, most of all ,the hotel is in an excellent environment and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to South Kensington Station.

Needs repairs and updates done. Floors were very uneven areas of the floor was soft and spongy. Not handicap accessible only one elevator available as the other elevator was down for a repair.

My only complaint is that despite the booking being for three adults, there was no bedsheet, pillow cases or duvet cover provided for the pullout bed. The pillows and duvet were found in the bedroom, but no actual bedding. It was late and I was tired after being at the hospital, so I slept in my clothes as it was, but this raises some concerns about how many other people have used the duvet, pillows and sofa-bed without bedding, and that someone else will now use it after me, clean though I am. Otherwise, everything else was great, and it was perfectly located for access to the Royal Brompton hospital.

Super! This is our first trip to London and we are so glad we found this hotel. The location is perfect, the service is great, (reception is helpful with any question and very friendly) Very clean and nice room with an incredible view (especially at night) In the room has everything necessary for a family. And what is important is the ability to cook & It helps a lot, especially when you are traveling with a small child. The only thing I didn't like was the smell when we checked in. But we quickly resolved this issue and continued to have a great time here without any pretensions. I will definitely come back again. I recommend this hotel for those who value their time and save money.

Location is good as close to lot of Chelsea things but the area thanks to this building and the 24/7 besides is full of dodgy people .
