The location was not as advertised, not in a quiet residential upscale neighbourhood, in a busy unpleasant noisy main street instead. The building is in horrible conditions (dirty, no maintenance in forever, cockroach traps), no functioning lift. The flat is also poorly maintained, the curtains are poorly installed so useless as all the light from the street comes in, there is no soundproofing so you can hear cars, trucks, buses and people from the bedroom
