不滿：整潔度
Horrible experience
The reply from host were super slow. The check-in system is terrible. We paid damage deposit while we booked the apartment on Vrbo, but the host kept asking for damage deposit. On the day we were heading to the apartment, we were still waiting for the check in details. It was about 7:30pm when we arrived the apartment, and we still struggled to tell the host we paid the deposit. When we first saw the front of the house, it was covered by bins and loads of rubbishes, also a sofa bed right in front of the door way. The kids were scared, and refused to stay there. When we finally got the key and opened the front door, it was dark and creepy, the hall light has no built in it. The decoration of the rooms are love ly just like the pictures. But there are lot’s problems with cleaning. The balcony were super disgusting, covered by cigarette butts. The wash machine had load hairs in it. The carpets were not clean either. Also the boiler was not working, we had to take cold quick shower, but the host got someone in on the second day, we finally had warm showers. The location is good, only 5mins walking distance to the tube.
Overall, it was very bad experience with my family to stay there, I would not recommend anyone, especially family with young kids. I just felt everything was super dirty, I wish I could post some pictures to prove to you.
