IMPORTANT: There are some stains on the walls and ceilings due to recent leakage which have been repaired now.

THINGS TO NOTE: The property is located very close to an underground/metro line and busy city streets. Some noise should be expected, and the room may not be suitable for light sleepers.



This is a city-centre warehouse-style building with limited sound insulation, so noise from neighbouring rooms or outside may occasionally be heard.
