Hotel room is small but it’s fit for a short trip and it’s equipped min needed. Location is great and underground Euston station is round the corner and nearby (Warren street station) which take less than 5 min. There are lots of restaurants located within 10-15 mins walk and it’s very close to King cross station which is one of best option for people who travel to London by Train.

Good experience to share!
Good service,friendly staff and lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Room is clean and tidy. If refrigerator is provided in summer it would be excellent. Location is very good that one may easily reach the underground. 15 minutes walk to the British Museum.

Don’t book this. Rooms are tiny, even by London standards. The one tiny table to put things in was broken and fell over. Black mold in the shower. No place to put luggage, no closet or hangers. We had to call Expedia and cancel after one night and they still charged us for three nights. Moved to another hotel it was not anything where you would want to stay.

The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city. There are multiple tube stations in the area to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few negatives. The hotel is located in a busy area and across the street from a hospital, which makes for a lot of noise at all hours. The bathroom is not very private from the room because there is only frosted glass around the bathroom. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable. All in all the hotel was comfortable and well located for touring the city.

The hotel amenities were ok, the cleaners do an amazing job, however the young receptionist from the night shift, he is just not cut for the job. He just couldn’t be bothered, he just had no interest of being there even patronising at some point. Never mentioned the vip perks, stuck us on a basement room and I have never seen a smile on his face, just rudeness and grumpiness. Completely ruined the stay. Also, during busy times there was no hot water and they wouldn’t keep the luggage after 14:00. if i knew that in advance I would have stayed in an airbnb. The room in the basement, there was no keys to open the window so for someone staying there for 3 x nights the air doesn’t even circulates. Overall, there is potential to be a nice hotel but all this minor things together do not make it a nice experience.

The location was excellent being close to both Euston and St Pancras station. Property was slightly tired and the shower took forever to heat up. Reception staff were lovely and even let me check in early, which is always appreciated after an early start.

Unfortunately our room backed onto the fire door. So when anyone walked through it, the door slammed shut and shook the wall our headboard was attached too. This happened frequently throughout the night. Which kept us awake. Each slam was loud and disturbing as well as the wall shaking

Not recommended. Took approx 30 mins to check in! Room noisy due to a rattling air con fan. Tv not working in room so ended up using a phone to watch something Bought a coffee in restaurant and got served a coffee that was expresso sized. Poor, would not visit again. Das Hotel liegt zwar in guter Lage, direkt neben 3 grossen Tube Stationen. Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr heruntergekommen. Laminat im Wohbereich ist so dermassen kaputt, das dieser schon notdürftig mit Nägeln befestigt werden muss. Es geht hier nicht um einen kleinen Teil, sondern um den gesamten Boden. Habe mir sogar 2 Zehen daran blutig gestoßen. Das Fenster ist undicht. Es regnet im warsten Sinn in das Zimmer. Was neben dem Bett auch für extreme Schimmelbildung sorgt. Im Bad setzten sich die Probleme leider fort. Schimmel wo man hinsieht. Auch sind die Einrichtungen stark defekt. Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft, Toilettenspülung rinnt die ganze Nacht. Eingetrocknete kleine Tierchen im oberen Fliesenbereich. Das Bett ist zwar sehr gemütlich, doch muss man nachts mit Mitbewohnern rechnen, welche beissen und oder stechen (tippe auf Bettwanzen). Im grossen und ganzen kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Positives: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pretty good place to stay, said they had laundry facilities on expedia however they dont. Instead they use a pickup laundry service that costs a min of 20 pounds so I used a nearby laundromat

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it is close to the Warren street line and the Euston station line making it easy to take the tube. They were able to accommodate for an early check in which was great as we arrived to London at 8am in the morning.

I was not expecting to stay over another night in London however the trains were all cancelled, I was pleased to find a room available and the booking process was really smooth, the front of house staff were friendly, the reception area is really comfortable and inviting, there is a restaurant and bar area which is good, I didn’t choose to eat but did go to the bar later on into the evening to have a glass of wine, the bar staff were friendly however the choice of drinks were limited. The room was a twin room, very clean and tidy, I liked the tablet on the desk which also was the to remote, I felt a little unsafe when a customer obviously got the wrong room and tried to enter, however I could have dialled down to reception if needed. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but felt very minimalist and not welcoming or cosy. No carpet or rugs, just hard flooring, no wardrobe just hooks on the wall, and we hated the bathroom. It was just the end section of the room, screened by one long frosted glass panel through which you could still actually see the person sitting on the toilet. Not their face but their silhouette sitting there on the toilet! Not nice! Plus the paint was peeling off the walls

Utrolig lydt. Man kunne høre ALT fra gaden, de andre værelser og vandrørende brummede konstant. Vi boede endda på den øverste etage - så længst væk fra gaden, men det lød 24/7 som om vi havde åbent vindue lige ud til biler, mennesker og metro, som er lige rundt om hjørnet. Gulvet virker ustabilt, men personale var flinke:-)
