The boiler was broken and there was no hot water. There was building work being carried out below which started at 7am. I raised the boiler issue immediately and offer to share the videos and picture I took of the error message on the boiler. I was told that a maintenance manager was looking into it. No one came and I was left with no ability to have a warm shower during my stay. I attempted to settle for compensation but the owners of the apartment refused.
You also have to visit a shop down the road to collect and return the keys as there is no lock safe at the apartment. Definitely not planning to return.
