It is 45min walk from centre court tennis at Wimbledon.
Or you can cycle to there in 15mins.
A car without traffic will take you 10mins (it is under 3miles away).

Wimbledon Chase Railway station is 100meters away.
Choice of takeaways and supermarkets less than 100meters away or if you want something more ethnic there is Tooting 3miles away or Morden for Halaal food 3miles away. Both take me 15mins to cycle to.

Wimbledon Shopping Mall is also not far away for the big name brands.

Easy access to the rest of the country as well since the m25 is 20mins away (17miles)
