Room was incredibly clean, quiet, spacious, we had the best time. The location is perfect, and the staff was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Also, go to the Victoria for a pint while you’re at the hotel, can’t beat it.

Good location. Very clean. Professional staff and helpful. Unfortunately no hot water on the last day so my shower before heading to the airport at 4AM was quite the experience.

The hotel is tucked away a few minutes from Paddington station on a quiet leafy street. The rooms are small but carefully designed and appointed, both aesthetically and functionally. The breakfast is elegantly put together, fresh, not extensive but just like the rooms a perfect set to start the day. I’ve stayed with them a half dozen times and each time the service has been consistently excellent.

The room was run down, the sink was clogged, the shower was leaking. You can feel your room shake from the subway and because they had placed us in the basement room, we could hear the service room all night. They said this room was an upgrade, there was literally no room to move in the room. No robes, only slippers. The receptionist did not even ask how our stay was before we checked out. Would not recommend. I can’t believe this hotel made it on the the cntraveller list of places to stay in London.

This was a beautiful hotel that felt very high end without a huge price tag. The location is very convenient to Paddington station, but the street itself was quiet. The bedding was quite comfortable and AC worked well! Staff was very helpful and polite. I will gladly return if I'm in London again.

Localização ótima! O quarto tem tudo que você precisa, toalhas limpas, café e chá de cortesia, secador de cabelo… o único ponto negativo é que ele é bem pequeno, não dá pra abrir as malas direito. Mas pra uma noite nós serviu bem.
