Depends on what you want

This place is managed by an external agency so the owners are impossible to contact, and I am not sure where the agency is actually located. The apartment is nice and big and bright, and everything looked nicely prepared when we arrived. We were sent an email giving us a welcome pack. It didn't work. It was needed. I am very laid back and don't go about complaining as of a rule, but I will say there were barriers to our enjoyment and as there was no one intimate with the property to speak with, and no manual to explain, it was a bit of a pain in the neck. There were no tea towels for example. The cooker was next to impossible to operate as all the markings were rubbed off. The TV didn't work properly so relaxing in the evening was more me ringing the agency than just sitting down, relaxing and getting what I had paid for. I did ask the agency for some for of compensation reflecting this but never heard back from them. And I think that is the issue. The owners should really have some sort of connection with this place. And they don't. Having said that, if you want to experience "trendy East London", it is perfectly spaced. And the place does have a lot going for it. So hence my three stars.

Lovely apartment, awful neighbours!

Had a little trouble with check in, as we waited around 30mins and were able to get in a unlocked front door. The host arrived and was nice and polite. After settled no problems but FAMILY BEWARE! On the Friday night the neighbours decided to have a rave and the music was intense and intimidating. The party went on till 5am and occasionally neighbours were hanging around on the stairwell, making noise and falling into doors. They did walk into ours and made a loud bang, which terrified us in the middle of the night! Didnt feel comfortable to call the police or host early morning. Spacious, clean and conveniently located, but felt unsafe and helpless.

Apartment was clean and a modern layout.Nice location.Had everything that was needed.Anna met us at apartment upon arrival ,a very nice welcoming ,friendly and knowledgable lady.Apartment and overall experience come highly recommended
