Overall the apartment was great, check in went smooth and easy. The apartment was close to the tube

Overall the apartment was great, check in went smooth and easy. The apartment was close to the tube and two supermarkets. The only negative thing are the windows are very thin so you can hear everything going on outside. But since we were outside most of the time, it didn‘t affect us greatly! :)

Check in was challenging the door color to get in was in accurate once in the building another door color was inaccurate and the door wasn’t labeled. They stated Netflix was offered and the check in video on the tv showed it but it wasn’t available. Bathroom had broken tile and shower water didn’t get hot. Clothing washer was difficult to access as floater was full of stuff that had to be moved. Bed was very uncomfortable. The flat was convenient to many shops and restaurants.

I need my money back

Property had mouse traps all around (health hazard), heating system impossible to operate, stained couch, cracked bathroom floor, tissue inserted in main door lock, no lights inside building, making it extremely unsafe. Please give me my money back, together with the deposit. I was only at the property for an hour. The checked myself into a hotel.

Great location, spacious flat

Lovely flat, conveniently located in the middle of Shoreditch. Slight check in problems. Lack of any written instructions for the flat was a problem. I never really figured out how to work the television and sound system. Overall, a very positive experience.
