lovely space short on small amenities

Pleasant and spacious. Great light. Offsite team response quick and helpful. Manual for showing how to work appliances not detailed enough, photos too broadly focused. Not enough toilet paper. Drain in 2nd bathroom sink did not close. No ledge for soap or shampoo in shower stall. Facecloths missing. Kitchen pots okay, kettle good. No towels, no scrubbers, no potholders.

Great Location, 3rd floor, no Elevator

This was a large 2bdrm flat with a great location. Beware there’s no elevator if stairs are an issue. Flat has no microwave and we were surprised to not find any pot holders or oven mitts for removing hot items from the oven. We did inform the host and would assume they will address the issue. With no AC in the unit we requested fans and were originally informed that fans could be made available but the mgmt firm would need to check if there would be an additional fee! Quite surprised with that response but in the end, new fans were provided for each room prior to our arrival.
