This stylish 94m² four-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building and is easily accessible by lift. Thoughtfully decorated throughout, the space features large windows that fill the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces into one welcoming hub. The living room offers a cosy sitting area, while the dining table is ideal for shared meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to suit all your culinary needs.
For added convenience, the apartment is fitted with a dishwasher to simplify cleanup, along with a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during your stay.
The four bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens and provide ample storage for your belongings. One of the bedrooms includes a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
The apartment also includes a second full bathroom, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located along the scenic Regent’s Canal in Haggerston, East London, this flat offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and urban convenience. Just steps from the water, guests can enjoy peaceful canal-side walks, cycling routes, and easy access to the vibrant surroundings.
The area is well-connected, with Haggerston Overground Station less than a 5-minute walk away, providing quick links to the West End, Canary Wharf, and the City. Frequent bus routes along Kingsland Road further enhance accessibility.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
