Just a short walk from Fulham Broadway, the area offers a wealth of amenities right on your doorstep — from large supermarkets and high-street shops to independent cafés, bakeries and brunch spots. The nearby Fulham Broadway Centre includes a cinema, fitness facilities, and an array of casual dining options.

Green spaces are plentiful in this part of London. Eel Brook Common is just 0.3 miles away (approx. 6 minutes on foot), offering a peaceful spot for morning jogs or afternoon picnics. Slightly further afield, you’ll find Parsons Green and Bishop’s Park — both local favourites for open-air relaxation and riverside strolls.

Fulham’s location also makes it easy to explore neighbouring Chelsea, Hammersmith and Putney, while still enjoying a more laid-back, village-like atmosphere. Whether you're in town for work, leisure or both, this neighbourhood offers a fantastic mix of culture, convenience and calm.

Fulham Broadway Underground Station (District Line) is just 0.2 miles away (approximately 5 minutes on foot), providing easy access across London. From there, you can reach:

• South Kensington – approx. 2.1 miles, around 10 minutes by tube
• Victoria Station – approx. 3.3 miles, around 13 minutes by tube
• Oxford Circus – approx. 4.5 miles, around 20 minutes by tube

Several local bus routes also operate along Fulham Road and North End Road, offering flexible options for getting around by day or night.

• Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
• City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
• Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
• No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
