Comfortable stay
Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Will stay here again and direct coworkers to as well. I travel to London for work with some frequency and this is a great location for my needs, especially due to being right near the baker St tube station. Love all of the fast casual, coffee and sit-down dining nearby. Area felt safe. In better weather I would have taken a run in the park nearby. Hotel was great for a solo business traveler. Clean, updated and modern rooms. Very good shower. Hotel Restaurant was fine and I appreciated that breakfast came out in minutes. 24 hour room service could be handy on future trips. Staff was very helpful and polite. Complementary water bottles,which is a small thing, but I’m always thankful for it while traveling after running around the city.

Great Hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Design of hotel, lobby and rooms is very nice. Only thing I would recommend to consider are new windows with noise reduction.

The hotel is fabulous. Refurbished rooms lovely bed linen. Great location. My issue was you couldn’t turn the heat down in The room. I would book again however I would ask to be positioned away from the kitchen extractor as it was very noisy until late at night and started early in the morning.

Excellent Hotel - would choose again.
Asked for rooms close together as a friends and family celebration, in advance . It was great this was accommodated and got the short break off to a great start. Overall the service was great. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Would have given 10/10 but two cooked breakfasts were served lukewarm on the Sunday.
