Dear Danah,Thank you for your review.We are really sorry that your experience at The Hux was disappointing. Kindly note that all our rooms have detailed descriptions on all the channels with the dimensions, facilities and pictures, so our guests know what to expect when they book the room. Yes, we have the stairs to access the reception which is on the first floor, that is why we always have a luggage porter to assist our guests with their luggage.I am very sorry that the lift did not work and it should have been communicated to our guests better however we had an engineer coming to fix it and it was also an issue for us and the Team as we could not offer the service we would like and had to wait for the company to get the parts.We should have offered you a move to the room on a first floor if it was available but also please note that many buildings in London does not have lifts and have very steep stairs.We really hope we will have a chance to host you again in the future and make sure your stay will be smooth and memorable.
