The room built behind fire exit
It mentioned via app it’s twin bed in single room but turned out it’s single bed. And the room is built behind 2 fire exit doors which made me very uncomfortable and concerned the safety of the room.

Dear Sau WaiThank you for your comments, the room reserved via Expedia.com is a single room for one person however the single room is termed Twin on the site, please refer back to Expedia.The doors are a fire regulation requirement and does not compromise safety.

The location is really good, if you want to travel to Oxford, you can choose this hotel. Their service are really nice, even I check-in after 10pm, and you also can eat a great and healthy breakfast in the morning.

This is a great little simple hotel. It was incredibly quiet, clean, comfortable and close to both Paddington station and to Hyde Park. The staff was helpful and the great hot English breakfast was served quickly and with a smile! I don’t need a fancy room that I am only going to sleep in but for me the above are most important and this little hotel delivered! I would definitely stay here again!

Posizione perfetta a due minuti dalla stazione di Paddington ma anche con alcuni bus che arrivano direttamente nelle zone da visitare a Londra. Personale cordiale e disponibile, anche di lingua italiana. Buona la colazione inglese. Forse non molto fornita per chi vuole una colazione dolce. Gli aspetti poco positivi sono i soliti di molte strutture inglesi, la pulizia che si può decisamente migliorare, le stanze davvero piccole ed essenziali anche nei bagni. Comunque una ottima soluzione per un weekend turistico.

This is a good basic hotel. The room was comfortable (the bed more comfortable than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in), the heating worked well, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast included was great. The lady who runs the kitchen is just so lovely and the English breakfast they offer is cooked fresh unlike other hotels where it is kept in hot servers. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, close to Paddington station I’d highly recommend this one.

Dieses süße Hotel hat mein Herz in sekundenschnelle erobert. Mein Zimmer war zwar klein, aber hatte alles was ich benötige. Zu Fuß benötigt man keine 5 Minuten zur Paddington Station. Und man ist in kürzester Zeit im Hyde Park und am Marble Arch. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar, oder man nimmt die 5 Minuten entfernte Underground um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Frühstück war in Ordnung, geht mehr. Aber ich brauche nur Kaffee und was kleines zwischen den Zähnen. Ich bin mit sehr wenig zufrieden. Preis Leistung top! - komme gerne wieder :)

Hotel is located well for Hyde Park, staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not take ApplePay though, just as a heads up.

Great location, friendly staff
Really friendly staff, especially the restaurant team, who served up a great breakfast every morning. The hotel isn’t the Ritz, but for the price you pay, it’s comfortable, feels safe and is a stones throw from Paddington station. I’d recommend for solo travellers

各観光地へのアクセスが便利なパディントン駅から徒歩3分程で、治安も良く、夜遅く帰っても全く危険を感じませんでした。周りにはパブやお土産屋さんもあり、非常に良い立地条件です。 ホテルのフロントの方は懇切丁寧で、早朝のヒースローへ向かう手段や時間などを教えてくれたり、周辺の観光地の説明も丁寧でした。お部屋も清潔で、食事は典型的なイングリッシュブレックファストです。一人づつ一式サーブしてくれますが、お替りもスタッフに言えばいくらでも出してくれます。水はフロントでいくらでも給水できますので、滞在中に水は購入しないで済みました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

f you don’t mind the dirtiness, the smell , sharing with bed bugs and having no safety of a workable lock on your door, then this place is for you.!Specifically, the room was considerably smaller than advertised, and the overall condition of the property was far from what was portrayed. There was not nearly enough room for three people as described in the booking details. Additionally, to my alarm, there were signs of bed bug infestation in the room. This is completely unacceptable. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room that made it uninhabitable. The door did not lock properly either, causing safety issues. We had to urgently book an alternative hotel accommodation for the night, which caused us significant distress and inconvenience. The hotel is avoiding calls and emails from Expedia to resolve our dispute.

This property is about location! Walking distance to almost every where you need to go. The best part about this property is the friendly front desk staff and the lovely ladies serving breakfast. However there’s room for improvement. Saw spiderwebs in my room, the coffee cup hasn’t been clean properly and the tv is dusty. One time i ran out of toilet paper and have to ask for it at the front desk. The mattress needs to change as it is uneven on one the end.

Great stay
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and their included breakfast generous and a nice touch. Yes, the rooms are small, but that is London, and the location to Paddington station (5 minute walk) is excellent.

I was traveling solo for business reasons. So my room was a single with a (American full) bed for one. But it was comfortable and cozy. The en suite bathroom was very small, but modern and clean. Staff cleaned daily. The price included breakfast everyday. English breakfast: fried egg, sausage, ham, baked beans, and hashbrowns. Plus coffee or tea. Perfect big protein meal to get all the way to dinner without buying lunch. Hotel was close to Hyde Park (opposite end from Buckingham Palace) and Paddington train and tube stations. Easy from Heathrow. Great to explore West London, Windsor Castle, Eton, Central London, museums, etc. Mughals Indian restaurant is excellent and close by.

Best little hotel
This is my fourth stay at this wonderful hotel, cannot recommend enough. It's central to Paddington so has all the tube lines available and also Hyde Park within walking distance. The rooms are clean and bright, the staff warm friendly and helpful answered any travel questions we have and breakfast is superb whether you want a full English or continental pastry and everything in between. Already looking forward to the next stay.

Det er et lidt slidt hotel, med en fremragende beliggenhed. Personalet venlige og hjælpsomme, uden at være anmasende. Værelset var udemærket, daglig soniering og gode senge. Vi nød at der var liv og restauranter lige uden for døren, uden at vi oplevede støj på værelset (vendte bagud mod gyde). Morgenmaden var rimelig, med mulighed for individuelt tilpasset varm morgenmad. Vi kan godt finde på at vælge samme hotel igen.
