Good Service and Location
Good service, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good with several types of food. The location is near Stratford Underground Station and Westfield Stratford City.

The Room is not big enough and don't have slippers, small towers or amenities. So in case you will stay in this hotel, you must bring the conditioner, cotton,slippers,etc in order to make your stay comfortable. The light are not so bright at all.Besides,It takes around 10mins walk to Standford station. Staffs are nice to indicate the way to attractions.

Bad service and long waiting time
have to wait for a long time to check in. i told the staff that i booked two rooms but he simply ignored what i said and gave me one room. Then i reminded again i booked two rooms and requested two rooms next to the other. This is a simple request. He simply refused this arrangement. Just said two rooms are on the same floor. As i stayed at ibis for 3 days, i insisted my request, the other staff helped to sort it out. Really bad service!

Reception and eating area nice decor. Breakfast ok if you’re down before 9. Area of lifts and stairs is really grubby and run down. The room is small. Hairdryer in room. Towels. Basic coffee sachets and a kettle with a short lead. Lack of sockets so extension socket on the desk. Good hot shower but bathroom is barely one step up from a portaloo. I’ve used nicer ones at camping sites. Air con didn’t work. It was a basic old fashioned switch so I’m not surprised. We had to leave the window open. Noise from the back of Morrisons. The beds were AWFUL. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and can’t remember ever waking up in so much pain due to a very poor mattress. It’s not a proper mattress and has a very thin topper. uncomfortable sleep and hip pain next day. I am normally fit and well. We reluctantly booked another hotel for our final night due to the discomfort, losing the £123 paid for this dump. The new hotel is far superior with a stunning room and incredible facilities, much better location and only £36 more for the night.

Ok for £90 but room tired and hard beds
Hotel was OK for the price in London. Room was a bit tired (compared to most Premier Inns these days) but fully functional and the TV was decent and allowed us to screen share from a phone. The bed was very hard and strangely the TV switched itself on during the night and woke my wife up. We did not order breakfast as healthy options were limited and we didn’t think £12 was good value for the little that we would eat.

Nice enough room, was clean and had no issues. However, the bathroom "pods" doors are very tight to close leading to lots of slamming of doors at all hours of the night

Last resort...
Stayed before. Gone downhill - staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Food service even worse. Have complained about dinner and not had a reply from hotel. Room ok. Shower is the only thing that brings the rating up! Will only stay at this ibis as a last resort - a shame as all the others i stay at are great.
