My family stayed for 10 days it was awesome convenient to everything grocery, food, underground tube, each teen had a bedroom it was super comfortable and the host was really comminicative for each question I had thank you would highly recommend

Super cute house. Very clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements. Loved the location and how close we were to public transportation. The back yard was quaint, had a little seating area. There was also a cold hot tub that felt so refreshing after walking all day to dip your feet in. Cons: -did not receive an email with how to get into house. I reached out and had a difficult time connecting to someone. Being an international traveler may have caused this. Had I received an email prior to our arrival like the posting said things would have been a whole lot smoother. -There were no instructions inside on how to use everything except a QR code for the WiFi which was great. -One day two of our travelers stayed behind and I locked the front door from the outside which prevented them from getting out of the house. We did not know that until they had food delivered but couldn’t open the front door. Luckily the food was small enough to travel through the window opening. :) -We never perfected the use of the front door and could never figure out how to lock the back door. Both used a key which was provided. -There were three bedrooms upstairs and two portable fans. One bedroom had a window that was stuck so you could not open it. We visited during a hot spell so one bedroom upstairs was hot and stuffy during the night even with the windows open due to no circulation. -the upstairs shower was hard to regulate the water temp as well *All in all we would stay here again. Thanks!
