Good option for a budget hostel
~ clean and tidy room ~ bathroom a bit small and difficult to control water flow ~ very nice breakfast in terms of both quality and quantity (fee already included in the rent for my case) ~ a bit far from the train station (around 15 mins walk to the London Bridge station or the Southwark station) but very near the Tate Modern and Shakepeare's Globe and the Bankside pier (from which you can take ferry to Greenwich and Westminster) ~ stayed on the 1st floor so a bit noisy with cars passing by the road outside

Location is very convenient. Next to Blackfriars Train station. Few minutes walk to Borough Market and London Bridge. Room is standard, but a bit hot in Summer time. No A/C and even fan.

MUST STAY for London
The room was clean and comfortable. The room was really big. The bed was comfy enough. I MUST recommend their breakfast to you all, which is excellent. However, the hotel is located relatively far from Southwark tube station. Moreover, it is located near a park, which would get u lots of insects flying into the room. But it is really not the hotel's fault. But if you are not fans of bugs, you must close the windows 24/7.

Cheap private room
This is student accommodation that turns into a bed and breakfast over the summer. For me this meant that I had a private room close to central london for the price of a hostel bed. The building, the rooms, the bathrooms are quite old. However, it didnt really bother me since I was staying there only for one night. It was quite loud at night as its located in a busy area. There is no sir conditioning. The breakfast included in the price was great with variety of foods offered. They had vegetarian sausages and soy milk for tea/coffee.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, man kann zu Fuss zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, außerdem noch ruhig zu gehen in Fussgängerbereichen (an der Themse). Zimmer und Bad sehr schlicht, aber sauber. Problematisch war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und es daher sehr heiß im Zimmer war. Frühstück wie in einer Kantine, aber sehr große Auswahl. Wenn man ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sucht und viel unterwegs ist, kommt man sehr gut klar. Sucht man Romantik oder schönen Style ist man falsch.

Great location , beds very comfortable after a day walking around London. Very good breakfast, all staff, from reception to kitchen very nice and helpful. First time we stayed in student accomodations and we were very impressed, if you are going to spend more time discovering London and not spending your time in the bedroom I'd definitely recommend

The staff at the breakfast and the receptionist y the night are super nice. The cleaning stuff as well and the room and all the building is well maintained even if it is old building. The only thing I did not like is when a stranger opened my door when I was into the room, they might were checking who was inside as I booked twice.

Stayed here with my family for our daughter's graduation at the Royal Festival Hall. Easy to walk to, fantastic location just behind the Tate Modern and a stone's throw from the most iconic spots on the Thames. Also, good value and great choice at breakfast. Will use again.
