A well equipped apartment in a quiet location with a supermarket nearby. A walking distance to metro station which go directly to Heathrow airport. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good location near the tue - Hammersmith station only 7 minutes to the apartment. Staff is helpful. The apartment is big enough for 4 to 5 person to live. Good for family as there is a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine in the apartment. Price is reasonable

nice staying, but some points to add..
the place is nice, but it's a bit far from metro...as it's services apartment, the exact location is different from the system generated one, you have to walk 10 mins more to find you house. the furniture is nice, however there is no air conditioner, it's really hot if you stay there in summer without opening the window (as we stay in ground floor, we have to close the window for security reason)...

Comfortable and convenient for family travelers
The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. The cooking facility is complete and clean. The rooms are spacious and refreshing. The building is historic and elegant We are very satisfy with the place. It meets up with our expectation.

十分整潔，服務不錯。 附近有餐廳，有雜貨店，走遠少少有超市，周圍配套不錯，值得再一次入住。 最可惜是沒有冷氣，所以有點熱。 住2房1廰只得1把風扇，不是太足夠! 我地7月去，有2、3天都熱到睡覺時出了一身汗。

Quiet, clean apartment with separate bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, close to the underground and several grocery stores. The bed was excellent, but the sofa and the 2 chairs were a bit worn out/flimsy. A toaster oven would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay in London.

Our stay at the Lamington Apartments was perfect. It was close to the underground, grocery stores and restaurants. The area was quiet and the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the Lamington Apartments.

Great place to stay for extended stays. Nice kitchen, sitting area, and bedroom. A bathtub would have been nice but the shower is okay. Lots of shops, pubs, parks in short walking distance. I have in stayed in Lamington properties five times now and will be back in the summer. Worth the money.

Spacious and nice apartment
Nice apartment with plenty room and not so far to the Hammersmith underground station. We experienced a lot of noise from neighboring renovation projects, so the timing was a bit off for our stay. I could imagine that it would be much more peaceful, once these projects are completed.

Enjoyed my stay at Lamington Apartments. The building is well located within walking distance to the metro and the flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great, we were able to catch multiple lines. Shepard's bush market was nearby for fresh vegetables as were other groceries.The flat was nice but furniture was uncomfortable and worn out. But it fit what we needed, it was stocked with what we needed. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Excellent stay at Lamington Apartments. We had a beautiful apartment on the ground floor which was convenient with our 7-month old baby (stroller). Staff at check-in was excellent. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a clean and spacious property in London that is centrally located and close to the Hammersmith tube station. But we are unlikely to visit again as the shower water pressure is ridiculously low. Even our kids, with much smaller body sizes, struggled to wash off the shampoo on their hair and soap from their body as the water was simply not strong enough. We complained multiple times but nothing happened and finally we got the message that this is just the way it is and there is nothing they could do. Sadly, we actually saw this same feedback from several other reviewers before we made the booking, but we decided to ignore it as we thought that this must have been resolved. But we were totally wrong! This was definitely not fun on a cold winter day! But, in all fairness, if you dont mind this, then the property is great. Great location with good connections to many key areas of interest.

Comfortable and clean, good size and warm. Comfortable bed. Hard to work out hob and the usual few items missing from housekeeping. We went and got them. Very nice staff. I would stay there again.

arrived at Lamington apartments after just being robbed in Athens. The staff went out of there way to help us to get emergency money and the manger even shouting us lunch, never forget there kindness. The apartment was like a one bedroom flat with every thing you need in it.Very clean and in a good area only thing I could fault is no lift but staff will help you with your cases this will always be one of my favourite places thanks to all the staff

Your allocated apartment may vary so you don't know in advance which one you will get. Although we were on the top floor which meant a lot of stars the advantage was the view and also it was quieter as we were further away from the road.

I'm delighted to share my experience at this hotel. The flight was enjoyable, and the well-stocked kitchen, complete with appropriate pots, pans, and silverware, made for a convenient stay. The bedroom, while decent in size, provided comfort, and the presence of a beautiful back garden with lights added a charming ambiance to the surroundings. However, I encountered a communication hiccup regarding check-in. After booking, I discovered limited check-in hours due to the closure of the management office. Unfortunately, my late flight caused me to miss these hours. Although lockboxes were available for after-hours check-ins, the email containing this information arrived very late. Compounding the issue, I lacked Wi-Fi upon arrival, making it challenging to access the delayed email. Despite this inconvenience, I eventually obtained the necessary details and had an overall positive experience during my stay. Improved communication protocols, especially for late arrivals, would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.

Much nicer than staying in an Hotel. More room and the kitchen allows for at least breakfast at "home" before venturing out. Downstairs every morning to the coffee shop, just like the locals. With the Office nearby, it also gives confidence in renting and not taking a chance with an unknown air b&B or a private rental.

Nice place, bad shower pressure….
Very comfortable stay but the shower was awful in #4 of the 149 block, no pressure, a watering can over my head would have worked better. Didn’t have time to report or relocate but frankly, cleaners should spot this at the clean/turn from prior guest, as it just doesn’t work. Need to address this if they want to keep their 4+ star rating …otherwise a nice stay.

Apartment was dirty and very tired. Nothing like the photos and certainly would not recommend. Strong smell of smoke and pets….Standard of cleaning was poor and apartment needs a refresh!

Not the same standard as the photos but okay
The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful, and we felt really welcome. The apartment was overall okay, but did not live up to our expectations. It didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. I am aware that there aren't photos of all the flats, but I expected the standard to be the same as on the photos. This was not the case, as the apartment was much more basic and not quite so well furnished especially in the living room. The floors were very worn, and the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and broken and water was dripping from the ceiling from the apartment above. One of the radiators didn't work and wasn't fixed when we asked for it. The beds were great and the apartment was big and well situated near the tube, though.

would definitely visit again.
Great stay, amazing location close to tube, Apollo, shops, bars and restaurants. Really clean, safe and secure. Easy check in, reception staff friendly and helpful. It was baking hot, so a fan (or air-con!) would be a great touch, but to be fair the weather has been scorching!

The apartment was nice, with a nice small place outside. This apartment was on the ground floor and every time we used the anything regarding water, the drain pumps started, we also had our bedroom directly at the front door soo we know when the neighbors get home at night :-) The personal was nice and friendly and the neighborhood was great, overall a great place to stay with a family
