This spacious (185 m2/1,990 ft2) three bedroom maisonette is on the top three floors of an attractive listed building overlooking a garden square in the heart of Marylebone.

Marylebone Street and Oxford Street, with their fashionable shops and restaurants, are both five minutes' walk away and on Sundays the local Farmers' Market is a popular local attraction.

The lowest floor contains a large reception room leading onto a separate dining room/study. A fully fitted kitchen contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double oven microwave, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, coffee machine and breakfast bar.

Host communication was good. Pillows were terrible, way too hot in the upstairs cold downstairs (it is unbalanced), spiders in the bed (four of them!), needed more towels, and the advertisement shows two desks that are not accessible to the tenants. I wanted to do a little work and take phone calls but had not space.

Appartement confortable et très grand (pour Londres) dans un beau quartier paisible et bien situé. Équipement de cuisine de base seulement. Propreté de l’appartement passable (poussière et tapis malpropres). Un cahier contenant différentes informations sur le quartier serait très utile (épicerie, bons restaurants, etc).

Close to Underground

Super convenient location for us to stay while exploring London. Host was easy to work with. Made air con available due to London heat wave. Lots of stairs, but I think a lot of places are like that in London.

Great Property for Family Stay in London

It was a great place to stay in London, close to many sights, convenient to transportation hubs and a nice flat. There are a lot of stairs on way up and then in the flat but as long as you recognize that, there were not any issues.

Great 2 bedroom flat in Marylebone

We enjoyed our stay in this flat and would stay here again. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The flat was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. It was a great location - close to several underground tube stations and a short walk to marylebone high street.

Great flat in a great area

We loved this property! Everything was clean, there was plenty of space for our family of five, beds and linens were lovely. There are several flights of stairs to climb, and the master bedroom shower stall is small, so just be aware of that. This neighborhood is wonderful. It felt very safe, and there are several restaurants and grocery/convenience stores nearby. We took the bus and there were a couple of convenient bus stops nearby too. It's also a long (30-40 minute) but very doable walk from the theater district and the Buckingham Palace area too. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to London!

Wonderful Place To Stay!

I definitely enjoyed staying at this property. First of all, Simon was amazing and was always so helpful and responsive. The flat was such a wonderful place to stay. Located in a great neighborhood and only a few minute walk to the Underground and several other shops and restaurants. There are a lot of stairs but it’s to be expected in a beautiful and well maintained older building such as this. I even met the neighbor below and she was so kind to offer anything to borrow if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and will stay here the next time I come to London!

Large home in a great location

This home has a nice large living room and large bedrooms. It is in a great location. Close to bus stops and the tube. Simon was great to work with. He responded very quickly to our text messages. There were some small boxes of cereal and cookies there for us to enjoy. A very nice touch. There are a lot of stairs together to the unit, as stated in the listing. Nothing terrible, but it is true. Some VRBO units provide paper towel and laundry soap. This one does not. No big deal, just plan accordingly. We would stay here again. Thank you Simon!
