A very modern but smallish hotel. In the shadow of other blocks near Canary Wharf. Found some things like lift and bathroom things uninuitive to use. Could not get anything other than tepid water from sink tap. Sliding bathroom door worked poorly. These are basics and more important than fancy lighting. Pricey even excluding breakfast.

Great place to stay if seeing a gig at the O2. Super comfy beds and good size rooms for London. Service could however be improved...lukewarm welcome at check-in after no acknowledgement of our presence when they were on the phone. Would eat elsewhere, toasted bread with breakfast was rock hard!

Left with a feeling of " it could have been so much better" 1, Freezing cold swimming pool & Jacuzzi 2, No drinking water in Sauna-steam area. 3, Restaurant staff not up to scratch...no condiments on table food brought out slowly so getting cold...breakfast served all at once rather than self service leisurely. 4, Extortionate bar prices... £18:50 large Gin and Tonic!!! 5, 30 minute wait at reception whilst attempting to check in ( computer says no ) Just small things, But its the small things that count to make the experience perfect. A smart comfortable and trendy hotel in a very quiet area

Lovely experience!
Stayed here with my boyfriend for his birthday for one night. I called up a few days before to find out about any birthday packages and was given a complimentary upgrade as well as a small chocolate cake which was nice. The room was lovely and very clean with a pretty view. We had access to the pool/sauna/steam room which was great to just chill out. Service from staff is spot on and location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again. My boyfriend also enjoyed his stay and would love to come back.

Great hotel
The hotel is very new and very modern. My room on the 8th floor had a nice view, room was also very clean, tidy and comfortable. I also made use of the gym facilities which were good. The main hotel restaurant isn’t great, pizza, pasta etc, nothing special. For a treat, try Mr Todiwala’s kitchen which is excellent. South Quay tube station is closest (DLR) but Canary Wharf (DLR and Jubilee) is only a 10 min walk. Will stay again.

On the whole, really good,
Great Hotel, Comfy Beds, Amazing Breakfast. Staff were lovely & service good. Attention to detail on basic items needs to be a bit better. Housekeeping - No hand soap provided in bathroom to wash hands after using the toilet, had to request. Towels, No large towels provided. Had to ask, only discovered after getting out of the shower! Breakfast, asked for milk with coffee, not provided, had to ask Breakfast, asked for chocolate with Churros, not provided had to ask. These were minor details, on the whole our stay was great, service food and accommodation were great and we'd definately stay again.

Het is een mooi hotel, ontbijt is lekker, personeel heel vriendelijk . Het was alleen jammer dat we bij terugkomst op de kamer moesten vaststellen dat de kamer niet gepoetst was. De kamer was ook geboekt via expedia met een gesplitste boeking, wat als resultaat gaf dat we ‘s avonds niet meer de lift in konden.

Aamiainen oli surkea: piti valita listalta keskenään hyvin eriarvoisista vaihtoehdoista, ja saattoi päätyä maksamaan 18 puntaa kahvista, mehusta, croissantista ja jugurtista. Came to London for the weekend for winter wonderland. I had earned a free night so decided to treat ourselves to a nicer hotel then usual as we only needed to put a little bit of money towards it. On arrival, I was asked to put my card into the machine so they could take £50. This was incase if extra charges, such as if I ordered any food or had a drink from the mini bar, and would be refunded when checking out. I was a bit confused by this, as I wasn’t sure why I couldn’t pay when and if I purchased anything and now I have to wait 5-7 days for it to go back in to my account. I had to go down to reception and ask for a tv remote, as there wasn’t one in the room. The duty manager came up to bring one, and he said he wanted to check it worked before leaving, which he said it did then left. We then tried and it didn’t work, only the on and off button did but the arrows to select what station we wanted. The beds were okay, the pillows took a bit of getting used to to find a comfortable spot. To be honest, I wouldn’t say they were as comfortable as a premier inn or travelodge bed, but I slept okay. The shower was lovely and has some different settings. Found it a little strange the sink was outside of the bathroom but no big deal. The curtains were amazing! I hate any light in the room and they shut it all out completely. All in all, it was okay, I wouldn’t say I would have spent the amount

Stylish and comfortable
This is a really nice hotel. The room was stylish and really well-equipped. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quite busy at breakfast time, but the waiting staff were efficient and the food was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice modern property and rooms, unfortunately no signal in the rooms for the major mobile networks, WiFi is good but not all the contacts can reach you just by WiFi or landline via hotel. Comfortable bed and pleasant ambience. However I felt that when I stayed in Hilton before nearby the staff were more professional and got that little extra touch there. Here it just felt ok. It’s a shame, might need a bit more tuning to reach the Hilton standard.

All the saff that i dealt with from reception, bar and waitresses at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. I stayed in room 106, first time visited, would've preferred a higher floor but was adequate for my needs as only a 1 night stay
