    All shared spaces are professionally cleaned daily, offering hotel-like standards in a more personal setting.
    Same day bookings may not be ready for check in at 15:00 please ask us before arriving to avoid disappointment :)

    Our cleaning team enters the rooms once per day to:
    • Empty rubbish bins
    • Replace used towels with fresh ones If the sign is displayed


    This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

I stayed for 4 weeks in the larger room with sofa and desk. Great location right opposite the park. Tube is very close and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. The windows do a good job of keeping any road noise out. The toilets and showers are shared with the other guests but I never had to wait to use them and the cleaners that come every day so they were always clean. Like most flats, the walls are thin but I had respectful neighbours during my stay so noise was never an issue. Any questions I had were answered by the host very quickly. Would stay again.

Please note this is a shared bathrooms and toilets. Found ad ambiguous. Great location, clean and comfy room. We experienced the heatwave - no aircon but had fan and was able to open windows to keep the breeze going. Check-in was good communication but received about 5-6 emails on how to get in. This could be done with 1 or 2.
