we had no hot water and the response to fixing was terrible. we had the worst accomidation in Europe on our 6 weeks stay despite it also being the most expensive

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback; it is unfortunate that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations.
As to the hot water issue, kindly note that we did do our best to resolve the problem as soon as we became aware of it.
However, the building management company was the one responsible to contact the engineer
and arrange for the maintenance of the boiler - although we did send our handyman and our operations manager was on site to work along with the management company -, it was not in our power to quicken the process.
Please do understand that it was an external factor beyond our direct control.
We are confident that this is not the norm when staying with UnderTheDoormat and we would like to make amends next time you have the chance to stay with us. Please feel free to reach out directly and we will ensure a seamless experience.
