My friend and I stayed for a month. I think the flat could have been cleaner. There was no vacuum or broom to do it ourself. We were surprised to see that the stairs and entrance was littered with garbage and supplies. Yes, communication was good and the unit delivered all that it promised in the photos. It was difficult to cook in the kitchen as there was not a good selection of dishes, cutlery, or clean pots and pans. I would rent from this company again but would not rent this unit in the future.

Everything was as expected. The location was great. It was a quick walk to the Warwick Rd entrance to Earl’s Court Tube station. We were also close to West Brompton and used that Station several times. Especially for the overground service. The host communicated well. This is the second time I have stayed in the Earl’s Court area and it is becoming one of my favorite areas of London. So easy to catch a train to and from Heathrow and easy to get to anywhere in Central London within about a half hour. We didn’t use the patio. But it looked nice out there. The location is a lower ground floor so it’s accessible only via stairs outside the building. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to note if you can’t do a flight of stairs. We liked that the door was tucked away. Very little chance that someone will just come down there unless they are meant to be there. It was a perfect place for our group of 4 to stay for our 10 nights in London. We were very happy with the Flat and location.
