The apartment was centrally located and in a borough with local residents. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was clean and was as advertised.

Do not recommend. The apartment was not safe or suitable to rent, and the host would not speak with us or work with us to resolve anything. Major plumbing repairs were being done while we were there. They were messy and loud, and we had next to no notice that workers would be in the apartment at all, much less every day of our stay but one. There also were no working lights in the hall bathroom and no latch to securely close the hall bathroom door, so we could only use the one tiny ensuite bathroom. That was awkward. There were other electrical safety issues in the apartment, the place was not clean, and all three mattresses are painful to sleep on. Paul (aka Saadia or Sam) was never reachable by phone, and messages from him seemed AI generated. The one person we met totally by chance as she was meeting a workman in the apartment initially said Paul was her boss, but then refused to call him in our presence, backtracking to say she does not work for him or have his phone number. Really frustrating all around.

Il se trouvait à seulement quelques pas de l'Abbaye de Westminster et d'autres attractions principales, ce qui en fait un emplacement parfait pour explorer la ville. L'appartement était exactement comme annoncé : propre, confortable et bien entretenu. La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide, et l'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème.
