This apartment has a wonderful open plan living and dining area. The master and the second bedrooms both have large double beds. The landing area has a place where you can sit and catch up on reading. A nice sofa bed for the 5th person.

Good communication with the seller, we had what we needed for our stay but the place wasn’t the cleanest. Also it’s a bit far if you want to visit London.

Gute Lage für Städtetrip

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Alles lief reibungslos und wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Christopher oder seine Frau jederzeit fragen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage war super, da die Bushaltestelle nur 2 min entfernt war und mit dem Underground war alles bestens erreichbar. Den PKW konnten wir vor der Tür parken. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Wohnmöglichkeit war wie beschrieben. Die Bushaltestelle ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Man ist mit Bus und Bahn in ca. einer Stunde in der City. Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren viel zu früh zum Check - In. Gegen 8:00 Uhr. Trotzdem hat uns der Eigentümer Christopher einen schnellen Check In ermöglicht. Er wohnt im Nebenhaus und war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich habe die small Talks mit ihm genossen. Thank you Christopher

Great Little Townhouse

My sister and I enjoyed staying at Christopher's place. Not knowing the area, it was further out than we had planned which made it take longer to get to London, but that is not Christopher's fault. The bus stop was just down the alley and was very convenient. There weren't many shops around so we had to get a few groceries delivered. We made great use of their washing machine and drying racks. You check in by knocking on the next door to find Christopher, if it is not explicit enough. I don't know what would happen if they were not at home. All in All, a very nice accommodation and super nice people.

Gute Location für einen London-Städtetrip

Wir haben alles so, wie in der Anzeige beschireiben, vorgefunden und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Der Vermieter war nett, das Auto konnte vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir ggf. eine Unterkunft mieten, die etwas näher am Stadtzentrum gelegen ist, denn von Romford aus muss man Bus UND Bahn fahren, was ingesagesamt schon relativ lange dauert und auch kostenintensiv ist. Ansonsten empfehlenswert! :-)

Basic but adequate and clean

Did the job whilst we journeyed for a concert at London Olympic Stadium. Is basic but everything you need is there for a one night or short stay. Comfortable beds, quite neighbourhood. Would stay again.

The most accommodating hosts ever!

This property is wonderful and Chris and Belinda are so lovely, helpful, and extremely accommodating. We asked a lot of them during our stay, as we were using the property for a project, and they were more than happy to help us out with everything we asked! They were right next door and always on hand to help so we couldn't have asked for more from them. The property is great and had everything we needed already there and stocked up which was amazing. Also the location has some handy shops just a few mins away, and is 30 seconds from a bus stop to travel which is so convenient. Thanks so much Chris!

Wonderful

It was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. Christopher was right next door if we needed anything. The bus stop is close and the bus and train system is easy to navigate. There's a little market down the block. We had a great time.

Home away from home

We had a great time at Christophers place. The place looks way better than it does on the pictures ( open plan living room with a compact kitchen that meets all your cooking needs. 2 Spacious Upper level double bedroom. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to local shops. Chris is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for our stay.

We had a short, but very nice stay

Chris made sure that everything was perfect. We knew exactly where to find what we need and even asked during our stay if everything was alright. The only issue in the house was that we (3 adults and 2 kids) couldn't fit at the table. Because of a strike not every tube line in London was going, so Chris gave us an idea where to go.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la communication avec Abritel car il n'est pas facile à joindre et j'ai l'impression que les agents du service clientèle ne donnent pas les mêmes informations. j'ai aussi eu du mal à faire le paiement via le site Abritel car entre temps il y a eu un beug
