制水的酒店!
我們入主六晚,當中有3晚沒有水,早上沒水洗面擦牙,連晚上亦無水沖涼,最慘小朋友沖到中途沒有水,絕對沒有想到這麽簡單的供水問題亦會一而再三發生,非常令人失望,令我們的行程帶來非常大的不便! 雖然職員盡量安撫,亦有一晚安排低層房間作沖涼之用,但不是暫時一刻的問題,经歷連續三天擔心沒有水,早上出門時間大失預算,回酒店後想盡快洗澡休息亦不能,非常疲累!

Great location. Close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. Near Hyde Park. The staff are very friendly. The oven and 2 ceiling lights didn't work. Would like to have handheld shower instead of rain shower No plug near the table / mirror

Room was not was expected for a “premium one bedroom” and certainly not worth the price paid. Located in the basement with window that does not lock. Poor airflow. Washer/dryer did not work. Shower dirty and extremely unsafe as ‘glass partition’ swings freely and there are no handles to stabilize oneself for getting in or out of the shower. Staff was very friendly but unable to accommodate any changes to booking. Also zero management on site or available over a normal weekend. We had another booking for later in our trip with another London property but cancelled it and went somewhere else. Will not return to this property again and will certainly not trust this brand as the follow thru on service and safety went without response. Avoid Native brand and book elsewhere.

The folks at the front desk especially Paul was very nice and attentive. However we booked this hotel specifically for the washer and dryer in the room. They did not work and after a request to have them fixed they were not. Also make sure there are instructions on how to use them as they are very different than in the US.

We chose because we took the Heathrow Express from Airport toPaddington station. It was very convenient for us. And had a lovely stay.around the corner on Spring Street are 2 wonderful breakfast places: Hayat & Harrison's. And Ask Italian is awesome for dinner.

Don't pay more than 50 pounds!!! It's not true that this is a 4 stars hotel. Noisy rooms (machines outside), views onto dark and dirty yards, kitchen devices under minimum, unconfortable sofa, soap dispenser out of order, non-draining bathub, etc.

We were really disappointed with our stay at Native, Hyde Park. On two days of our three day stay, there was no water in the building each morning. Staff were very unhelpful, despite the fact we were left without showering and toilet facilities. We stayed in a 'superior studio' which had a well equipped kitchen, and an iron and ironing board. That is the only positive! The sofa and table were in very poor condition, and the carpet didn't look to have been hoovered very well; in fact we found some rubbish on the floor under the sofa which hadn't been cleaned up from the previous guests ! Bed was awful, as were the 'pillows', the secure entry system to access the building doesn't work, so anyone can wander in and out at any time of the day. Definitely wouldn't stay again, be warned, do not expect that the photo's on the website of the room will be what you get!

Having stayed at Native in Glasgow this was disappointing. The room was cramped and not very clean. There was no AC on an 82f day. Overbath shower with no handrail or antslip mat. The kitchen was well equipped but no tea bag’s other than mint. The pillows on the bed were awful, no substance and the duvet was way too heavy even for a UK summer. Staff very friendly, location great and very quiet but won’t return.

Not worth it
The call the day before was helpful, however, I paid more than some big brand hotels and had a smaller room and smaller bed in a slightly shabby hotel. Not great - I will stick to the big-name brand hotels next time. London or not - this room was not worth what I paid for it.

Helt fint, booker gerne igen.
Det var så fint med to store værelser og en fin lille stue/køkken med alt det nødvendige. Ovn, mikrobølgeovn, køleskab, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Opholdsrummet er småt, men skal man kun lige spise og spille spil, kan det sagtens gå.
