倫敦市區飯店常常是舊屋改裝，雖然空間不大，但是跟房務人員要求的都有確實做到。這次住宿感覺不錯，離車站很近，吃飯坐地鐵也方便，滿意！

房間及走廊較細小，早餐的熱食要加錢購買，電梯細小，所以多人使用時等候電梯需時！整體服務不俗，需要白備牙刷及拖鞋

酒店條件差多於好。
我是入住3晚的，首先要讚位置好，好方便，好近Paddington站，酒店附近十分多食市，好多種類。至於酒店方面是新裝潢的但有些意見。我入住3晚是分開不同網站訂的，但到酒店後，他們要求的每天都要check in一次，不能在第一天已check in 3晚，我有問為何入住人名人數無變，所以資料都無變都不能一次過做check in呢，他們說這是規矩必須這樣做，但個人認為這做法非常愚蠢。另外我訂房時是已加了錢訂連同早餐的，但到食早餐時，原來是又有要額外付款的普通熱食：如炒蛋，薯餅，煙肉這少量食物是非常不合理的，為何我付了早餐錢訂房了，還要額外再付錢食這些普通食呢？？？房間方面，床太軟，枕頭太平，睡了幾晚就腰骨痛，厠所方面很整潔但最差是無浴簾，沖涼就會全個廁所全濕！酒店有一個很細的升降機，只能每次數人同時使用，在樓層外無顯示是上升或下降，而且到那層樓亦無顯示的，如果3人同時有3個28 29吋行李箱同時乘座升降機，未必足夠的。

地點及基本設施良好
酒店地點很好，近train及underground station。酒店有翻新過，酒店人員均很有禮貌。房間樓層通道及升降機較小，出入的空間比較侷促。房間也是稍為小一點，但仍可以接受，而且房間內的基本設施齊備，只是床稍為軟一點，有點不適應。酒店提供的continental breakfast很好，尤其水果供應充足。

Looks I lost my cash in the room when I stayed this hotel. Not surre the room security is ok or not because I keep my suitcase in the room when I got out for dinner but I cannot find my cash in my suitcase. Due to the business trip is so busy, so I haven't highlight this case to reciption/counter.

同一個旅程第二次入住這酒店，是因為觀察過附近一帶的酒店而作出的選擇！有冷氣，有電梯，房間雖小但舒適也睡得很好。第二次入住了很寧靜的小房間，很滿意。 下次若再住Paddington，一定再選這酒店。

房間雖以小，但床很舒服，雪柜、保險箱一應俱全，雙床房裡也放得下三個行李箱（當然沒可能同時打開），電源插頭充足，早餐也可接受。工作人員友善，酒店感覺乾淨。 但是，走廊太窄，房中經常傳來其他房客砰門的聲音，甚至有人在房間之間來回穿插高聲交談，頗是煩擾。夜裡睡床頭頂天花不時傳來洒水式沖水的聲音，會被吵醒。

Nice hotel, clean and efficient. Incredible breakfast. However, they need a little maintenance in regard to electrical plugs which failed to work most of the time. We also had an encounter at the front desk with a woman desk clerk, who is very rude and impatient with us. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay and the breakfast is incredibly good. Extremely convenient to Paddington station.

I stay here when in London for short business trips. Very convenient location near Paddington and the tube. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze. Fine for a short trip. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, it was an easy walk from Paddington Station. and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood although they are mostly pub style. The room was adequately sized but the bathroom in our room was tiny by any standard. All things considered I would stay again.

Godt, rent og pænt hotel tæt på Paddington Station, hvor den nye Elisabeth Line bringer en hurtigt ind til centrum eller lufthavnen. Værelserne er noget små. Vinduerne kan ikke åbnes.
