Modern bright Downrown Apartment. Located in the middle of the entertainment district steps to bars and restaurants. Walk to Budwieser gardens, Grand theater, Rbc Convention center, Centennial hall, Harris Park and Music hall overlooking Victoria Park. Walk distance to St Joseph hospital and on bus route to Victoria and university hospitals both only 5.4km away as well as on bus rout to Fanshawe college and Western University. This spacious modern apartment will be a great home base away from, to explore London enjoy, everything London has to offer. Apartment offers large living room with large 58 inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with a large walk in closet. Perfect place for short and long stays. One parking spot included with rental.

The location was ideal for us! Walking distance to the Rock the Park concerts and surrounded by restaurants. Also the host was very pleasant to deal with and was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Only thing was the stairs which I have trouble with but the unit was great. Had some issues connecting with the wifi at first but Bart was very prompt in solving the problems

Apartment was very clean, and Bart was a quick communicator and very kind. There are 16 or so steps to climb to get to the apartment, and entry is off a busy street. Street noise was a slight issue, but I'm very sensitive to that. Bart set the temperature where I wanted it, let me check out an hour late, and let me use the parking spot for 2 more hours, so he was above and beyond accommodating. He also replied to every message from me almost immediately. I would say he's top notch with customer service, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in London!

Very cute, clean and nicely decorated place for me and my husband’s weekend trip to London for a concert. Great location to Budweiser Gardens and great places to eat! Definitely check out Springbank Park for a nice place to walk and Toboggan Brewing for great craft beer and pizza.
