Our studio flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a sofa bed and a king-size bed. The flat is located in a building with a lift and has a mezzanine bedroom area.
Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Free Parking is available, and fast WiFi Throughout + Smart TV.
It is minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London.
Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance.

A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions.
