Excellent location and well managed!
Well managed and excellent location. Virtually all hotels are serving similar food for breakfast but it was slightly not as good as the others. The coffee was crap! The service was excellent. At least, they paid attention to your requests.

有微波爐且服務品質極佳的四星級飯店
住宿經驗很好,房間滿小的但該有的東西都有。意外的還有微波爐跟冰箱,為我在倫敦的期間省下很多錢。離博物館區跟海德公園都很近,周遭環境也不會像牛津街一樣髒亂或是有非常多的人,在疫情期間覺得這地理位子非常好,可以逛街、逛公園、也有很多餐廳在附近。服務人員非常親切,讓人覺得非常開心入住在該飯店,也是讓我很推薦的原因。

Overrated cleanliness and services
The hotel was simply overrated after staying there for 8 nights. (1) Cleanliness - Bed sheets and cover not changed daily as what documented on website and confirmed by the operator. (2) Shower head (and water pressure) only fixed on the 7th night of our stay after we traced for 3 consecutive days and then filed a complaint. The guy who picked the call was annoying, claiming himself the manager but reluctant to follow up timely on what the maintenance team has been done/checked, and keep blaming the local laws and regulations to justify why they did nothing. Don’t waste your time on negotiating very basic things like these. Find another hotel.

Generally OK, room was rather warm at check in, with curtains closed. Air con took some working to get the system to cool rather than heat. On waking up in the morning there was no hot water in the room. Didn't get a chance to get it rectified as I had to leave promptly after a decent breakfast.

The room that we stayed in had pipes in the sealing. I when you looked up at the pipes it was extremely dirty. I was woken up by staff who were cleaning at 7 am due to them vacuuming.

No need for a wake up call the hoovering will do!!
Great location just around the corner from Earls Court tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a basement room which I didn’t like as theee was natural light. There were no batteries in the TV remote and the room showed several signs of wear and tear. I stayed on a Saturday night and was woken to the sound of hoovering at 8:15am in the corridor outside my room on Sunday morning. This hotel could be great with more attention to detail and greater care for guests needs.

Dont expect the bed you paid for!
I cant deny that the room left us disappointed. There were 3 levels of room available... a standard double, a superior double, and a deluxe double. To pay significantly more for a deluxe double room, which clearly stated it came with a double bed, yet be met with a room housing 2 single beds pushed together, made me wonder how much worse the superior or standard rooms were. There's nothing more romantic than playing rock paper scissors to decide who's going to spend the night wedged in the gap between the mattresses so that we can lay next to each other. For an otherwise well decorated, well presented hotel, it was a poor show for a suposedly 4* establishment.

A estadia foi razoável. O hotel se auto avalie como quatro estrelas, mas na verdade trata-se de um três estrelas. Oferece conforto razoável. A cama de casal é pequena para os padrões de conforto e o quarto um pouco apertado para se dizer categoria "de luxo" como foi definido quando fiz a reserva via Hoteis. 1st offered room didn't have any windows, the 2nd room was noisy (opposite lift) and had a noise of working air-conditioning for the building, which was off only from midnight to 6am. Room fridge didn't work, fixed the next day after request. Otherwise would be a good stay.

Dated carpets, sink was not draining. Reception was good and accommodating. Property is old and very dated, balconies are full of bird poop and carpets are ripped. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2 star hotel. Location is okay and near the Underground.

Okay but staff is rude
Okay stay. However staff were rude on the day of checkout. Unnecessary knocks on the door every 5 mins when we had spoken to reception we were packing up and about to leave and it was still the morning. They had no decency to ask politely. Duty manager was rude. The overall stay was okay but I won’t be coming back

Excelent. We will be back
My second stay at that hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, just two minutes walk from earl's court station. The staff was very helpfull, espacially Maria and Alina.

There was no luggage storage when I arrived but Maria at the desk was kind enough to offer an early check in. But overall this hotel needs an update as the carpet in the hallways and rooms and the condition of my room had a lot of wear and tear over the years!! Also there was no hot water in my room. It was only a one night stay so it was all bearable. But as someone who travels to London 2-3 times a year I will not be returning here.

Only hotel I have stayed in where they can not take your luggage prior to check in. First room was unacceptable second room offered was okay
