Welcome to your London home away from home!
This bright and spacious maisonette is set on the 2nd floor of a friendly, well-kept council estate, just a short walk from both Crouch Hill and Archway stations. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a cosy, local neighbourhood vibe.
Step into a warm and inviting living room with a comfy sofa bed, smart TV, and a dining area — perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city.
Right off the living room, you’ll find a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs — ideal for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the fresh air.
There’s a fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with everything you might need during your stay — whether you’re whipping up breakfast or cooking a full dinner.
Upstairs, you’ll find: A spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, and a desk/vanity area.
A second bedroom with a double sofa bed (perfect for one adult) and a large desk — ideal if you’re working remotely or need a quiet space to focus.
On the upper floor, there’s a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with shower — clean, bright, and convenient.
The home sits between Crouch Hill and Archway, two of North London’s most charming spots.
You’ll find cute cafés, independent bakeries, local pubs, and great restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. Don’t miss Crouch End Broadway for its village-style atmosphere and boutique shops, or Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath for lovely green spaces and city views.
Getting around is super easy:
Archway Underground Station (Northern Line) – about 10 minutes’ walk
Crouch Hill Overground Station – around 8 minutes’ walk
Both connect you to Central London in 20–25 minutes, with direct routes to Kings Cross, Camden, Soho, and London Bridge.
For airport transfers:
Heathrow – around 60–70 mins by tube or taxi
Gatwick – around 60–75 mins
Stansted – 50 mins via Finsbury Park + train
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
*** Please note that there are some renovation works in the building which are meant to take place only on Mon-Fri. Some noise is expected ***
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
