HORRIBLE, NOT CLEANED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSENT
DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. I booked this place for 2 weeks. Upon arrival, I found that the apartment was dirty. It was like it had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the walls and floors, there was makeup on the pillows and towels, the bathroom was leaking too. Too make things worse, the support staff did nothing. They had me waiting at home for hours and would not show up. This place was horrible. On day 10, the ceiling from the room above started leaking in and still they did nothing. I am reporting them. This was the worst stay I have had in a long time. They charged a cleaning feed and did not clean!!! Crazy. The only positive was location beside Battersea park station.

Stay away from this place
Everything was a nightmare. From the the very beginning. We have to call to get the instructions to get the key several times. Then walked to get key (one block away) which indeed didn't open the main entrance (in the meantime, me and my family including 2 children waiting with our luggage to find out how to get in). After couple of calls (probably one hour waiting) got instructions to get a second key for a different apartment. Finally got into the apartment # 1 to leave the key and actually noticed that it was just one double bed (no two beds as we reserved) so got into the conclusion that the apartment wasn't ours (likely ANOTHER mistake) and we moved to the other apartment they send us instructions for. Put all our stuff in the apartment and left the complex and started getting calls asking to go back and get our stuff out of the apartment or they would take it out. So, after about 10 calls we went back (couldn't do anything in London and cancel our plans) to get our stuff. They were then offering to get an 'spare' bed in the first apartment but at that point we were so tired with the situation and it was not possible to do what we went to London for, so we walked away from that nightmare. We cancelled the reservation and filled a claim with Hotels.com but didn't get any help and no money refunded. Thanks Hotels.com and Platinum Apartments Battersea for all the expenses and the nightmare. Keep away from this place!

Apartment itself was very nice. Suitable for a family of 4. Very clean, modern with nice amenities. The check-in process was not customer friendly at all though. The key needed to be collected from a key lock tied to a lamppost about 400 meters from the property. The number provided to obtain the key was wrong. We arrived late evening after a long flight to UK and taxi from Heathrow, in the rain, and this was not a good way to start our stay.

The propery was new. I have phoned to make sure that we would get the apartment (nr.10) as seen on the images and this was verbally and per e-mail confirmed to us. At arrival we found out that we were assigned apartment 7, which was very different from apartment 10. When asking for the reason, I was told that they thought that there had been a leakage in apartment 10. I have requested to see the apartment during our stay, but we have never heard back. The apartment 7 was nice, but absolutely not the same as the requested apartment. Nevertheless all looked good. just after arriving I hve received a messsage that they had a 24/7 support to help us with all needed. To make a long story short. The showers in 1 bathroom did give ice cold water only and the shower in the other bathroom did only give ice cold or very hot water and nothing in between. Looking at other reviews we found that this problem had been mentioned already a few times before. I have contacted the contact person I had texted with already a few times and the 24/7 support on this topic several times during our stay, but besides their 'sincere' apologies and their notice that they had informed maintenance about this issue, nothing has been done and nobody came to our apartment to look at and solve this problem. During our full stay of 8 days we had to take a very cold shower and we have experienced zero involvement of the contact person and the 24/7 support. We wll not stay here again.

Beautiful place, clean, warm and inviting. Noise is at a minimum as they've got thick windows! Main bathroom toilet wouldn't stop filling up, but it doesn't stop the apartments amazing atmosphere!
