Too Far Away from Down Town

It is a good hotel near Heathrow Airport. Sufficient dining outlets. Clean and tidy room. Strong wireless signal. Very close to airport. However, it is not very easy to locate at the first place. It is better if the hotel can provide shuttle bus between hotel and underground station, where supermarkets and other food outlets are around.

There were self check-in kiosks but in my booking email, the booking and reference numbers I was given didn’t work for the self-service kiosk so i had to check in at the reception desk and then they changed my room from what I booked even though I said changing it wasn’t needed. At even the most questionable motel/hotels I've stayed in, the property provided a small hygiene pack in the booked room. This one only provided hand soap and cheap body wash and there was no bathroom ventilation. On my second morning, there was a pipe leak on my floor that they put a bucket under that overflowed in the hallway. My floor and at least one other floor lost all water pressure but was eventually working by the end of the same day. The room also had a weird musty/old moldy smell to it.
That's the bucket at the end of the hallway when the pipe leaked.

I selected this hotel based solely on location. It is described as being at terminal 3. However, you have to take a shuttle bus or uber to get to the destination. The hotel was noisy. It sounded like kids were running around the room above us and jumping off the bed. I would stay somewhere else next time.

We had a nice quiet 3 night stay at this Hotel, the rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the bathrooms are a mice size, very roomy. Would stay at this Hotel every time we are just passing through London. Nook now, you wouldnt be disappointed

Nice & easy to get to from terminal 2 & 3 catching bus at stand 8 or 9. Aware booking in was 3pm, but after 32 hours of travelling from NZ, I was Unable to book into my room a couple of hour early without a charge of £15. But room was lovely, clean, staff friendly. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent at restaurant
