We stayed here the night before our early flight. So glad we did. Being within a short bus ride to the airport in the morning took all the stress away. The hotel was lovely and despite being so close to the very busy airport, we slept well as we heard NO plane noise. Remarkable. Would definitely choose to stay here in the future. Oh, and it was very budget friendly.

Yes, 100% recommended. Scheduled bus transportation for a low price. The hotel lobby has few places to eat and drink, no need to order food from outside unless you need something specific. Quiet and cleaned rooms, professional staff.

Plenty of amenities, quiet room, polite & helpful staff, airport shuttle bus available. The hotel would benefit from a refresh to some areas (the corridors for example) but I would happily stay again for a future Heathrow airport sleepover.

Lots to like about this hotel. The proximity to the airport, obviously, and the shuttles that ran from the hotel to the airport in 20 minute increments made for low stress travel. The on site restaurant provided good meal options at reasonable (as far as restaurant prices go nowadays) prices. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms were clean. Recommended.

The bed was comfy but i was veey annoyed that the cleaning person went into our room before our check out amd threw away all of our travel food snacks. I went to the front desk to explain and got little other than we will.look into it! Very unprofessional. Who can tell if they are going in the rooms at other unauthorized times When i caught the lady in the room ahe jusy atood thwre and pretended like ahe didnt understand English. I wouldnr ever go back and honwatly thoight they should have given me a partial refund to replace the cost of my lost items. Restaurant food was also expwnsive and barely edible.

Great stay for our overnight connection at LHR. Room was super clean, bedding was spotless and beds including the twin beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was clean too! Not a huge room for our family of 4 (including 4 & 8 yr olds) but just enough for a comfy night rest before our long haul flight home. Secured luggage storage while we ventured into the city. Breakfast was excellent too; good selection of foods, super friendly service staff. For the price and proximity to the airport, definitely worth it! Public bus right outside the front entrance to get you to the tube and trains.
