The staff was very helpful and the room was quite spacious, much less for London. The Tate Modern is two blocks away. Train/subway stations for multiple lines and to Gatwick were within walking distance.

The hotel was in a great location to see London. There were supermarkets and restaurants next door and across the street. However, the hotel is very tired, room was not very warm, and there was no refrigerator. The carpets needed a good clean and there was no tourist information available, no map of the areas or tours etc.

Nice staff when there. Cleaner took out mugs never returned. Minimal towels. Key needed for lights would have been nice to let us know when we said one key would work.
