Location is good, just a few stations away from most of the sightseeing areas. Breakfast was nice, a lot of variety and staff also refill the food quickly.
Check-in is on self check-in terminals in the lobby, but our expedia confirmation information would not work on the terminals so it a took a bit of time to find staff who could help us check-in. We had booked a premium room which came with a special "ultimate wi-fi" code, but the wifi dropped/stalled so much we had better service just using the data plan on our phones. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and we had a good nights stay. The location is very convenient to St Pancras and the underground.
A fantastic affordable stay, with a very reasonably priced breakfast, in a great location. Must comment on the friendliness of the staff, who were so helpful and cheerful.
Well located for a short stay in London with great access to Kings Cross and international trains,

Housekeeper was very friendly. Room was okay but there was noticeable black mold in the shower; shampoo doubles as body wash and there’s no conditioner;
Great convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The manager was not hugely helpful and his staff were running themselves ragged! Restaurant was understaffed and the food was average. Terrible cocktails.
I chose the hotel for its proximity to St. Pancraz Station and King's Cross Station for early morning EuroStar to Paris and early morning train to Edinburgh. Grateful that I did as public transport was on strike during our visit so we could simply take a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The evening food server was not very accommodating for a simple request and the cost of 2 mediocre brownies was nearly $20 USD. Overall clean, modern, great location, very happy with our stay.
This hotel is located at the center of the city, opposite is the International, National, and local train stations. Buses, taxis are also very accessible right in front of the hotel, you don't have to walk a long distance. Different stores where you can find anything, and restaurants are all around. Breakfast is cheap and rich, dinner is excellent.
Stayed here again on the final leg of our European
Vacation. Always clean, breakfast is fine and something for everyone.
It has a machine to check in with but if you use a third party app ( Expedia, hotels.com, etc,) it doesn’t work but staff are available if needed.
Will forever be my go to hotel
For visits to the UK from here on.
From the USA a family of 4 with 2 kids and this hotel was a great first stop on our trip. Alex from Romania was such a pleasure to see each day. He made check in an out simple and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The area was very close to the tube. I highly recommend.
Like all amazing experiences it's always a few people who take it to the next level. Want to give a shout-out to Hiral at the front desk who went out of her way to help us with our luggage and some last min room access requests. The room was bigger than most budget London hotels. Location was a plus
This is a great place to stay and the breakfast is great. It is close to the St. Pancras station and Kings Cross tube. We were unable to stay the full time we reserved - and the management did not give us a credit. I know there are policies in place but we tried to get a credit (not a refund) due to a family medical issue. Expedia did their best to see if we could get a credit. So, although the place is great, they didn't seem very amenable to providing support.
The check in process wasn't the most pleasant, as the staff moved on to the next customer in line before she finished assisting me. She left me very confused and had to ask if I was done standing in front of the counter.
Other than that the room was very pleasant, clean. Location is good as it is very close to train and tube station.
