Private double room in a ahare flat available in East London

This is a spacious double bedroom in a privately occupied share house.

The room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults, and for a short-term to stay.

The room is quiet, nice, and clean (See pictures).

Guest should have shared - Bathroom with toilet, kitchen spaces, Fridge-Freezer and Micro-oven

Allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space are provided. Please ensure you have your own food items.

The space

- The room has - 2 wardrobes, one small computer table with chair, sofa, one double bed with bedsheet and pillow, double size duvet, and thrown-blanket.

- We maintain health and safety all the time and keep the house always clean.

- You can access Fast Internet

- The central heater runs depending on the cold

- We do not provide meals but you are welcome to use the kitchen space and some kitchen utensils to prepare your own and clean after using them.

- Please keep the space you occupy clean and tidy.

- The guest should share toilets and kitchen with 2 others.

- There is one double bed in the room for 2 guests

The house has CCTV cameras for safety reasons basically fire and door, located in the common space.

Close to the house - park, lakes, London Bridge, Tower of London, London eye, museum, cinema hall, shopping mall, etc

1-10 mins walking distance with various shops and amenities. Very good transport links to go to Central London. Canary Wharf, Stratford, and all other UK cities.

4- 8 minutes walking distance of Bus stops you can travel everywhere in London and other cities.

15 Munites within walking distance of underground stations links to all over the UK and Europe.

Other things to note

- We will be provided for a gust - Toilet paper, hand soap, dish wash liquid, and all cleaning stuff

- We do not provide - Personal use stuff, Towels, Shampoo, shower gel or body shop, etc.

Landry- If you want to use the washing machine for your Landry. It is a small chargeable (discuss with the host)

- Check-in and check-out as stated unless agreed otherwise in writing. Flexibility will be shown regarding arrangements for your bags and keys.
