Everything is ok, very neat and tidy, room is a bit old. Staffs are friendly, the only concern is the elevator is small and always been occupied by guests and hotel’s own staff for transportation of hotel’s stuffs. The coolest is super convenient location.

今次已經是第二入住,選擇理由是方便!但今次實在太不愉快,在洒店前5米左右被人搶劫,被搶手錶,太恐佈了!其實酒店外面五點後都是比較黑暗,因為在一條小行上!雖然酒店員工也盡力幫警察找CVTV,但因為我對這一帶Oxford street 已有暗影了,所以以後我亦不選擇這洒店了!

The hotel location is good and convenient. However, the hotel is noisy due to sounds in bond street. In addition, the door do not insulate sounds that i can hear clearly guest go into or leave the roon. The food of room service is so far so good. However, hotel charges tray cost and pot of hot water. It seems weired to me. The design of hotel is not friendly in certain way, for example, the tap is too low that water kettle can't be put under for refill water and wash kettle before use.

Terrible breakfast, dry scrambled egg with what looked like mould attached to it. No gluten free cereal option or lactose free milk. Single room is very adequate with 3/4 nice bed and shower. I actually really love this hotel, great location for shopping and getting around London via the tube which is literally just across the street. My only feedback would be that the bed was a bit too soft and that there weren’t any nice lighting options in the room. No smaller reading lights by the bed, so either all bright or all dark.

Great location especially for viewing the Christmas lights and shopping. Bond Street underground is right next door which is very convenient and easy to get around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the mattress in room 515 needed to be replaced as there is a large trench from the usage on one side of fhe bed.

Great location, average experience
Hotel is brilliantly located and convenient for Mayfair and Oxford Street. Service was indifferent. Biggest issue was the room - which was very clean, ample size and plenty of hanger space. My issue was A/C didn't work and was pushing out 25.5 degrees, so didn't sleep. Kettle also didn't work.

The main problem is the noise from outside the window. Trash and maintenance seemed to be going on from 2 - 5 AM. Loud crashing bottle noises and trucks all night.
