The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.

This hotel is just few minute's walk from the tube station and is very convenient. Counter staff were friendly and attentive. However, with the brand of Radisson Blu and the room rate, the room is surprisingly small. The bathroom is designed in a slightly weird layout. However, I must emphasise that the breakfast is a gem. A comprehensive buffet with even a-la carte menu? The buffet food is already pretty extensive and it tastes good. Staff were attentive enough to refill or even just to tidy up the juice jars or bread baskets to make it look neat.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube station. This station provides access to 3 lines, including the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Airport. The area is also one of the most upscale in London—very safe. You can also walk to many sightseeing destinations such as: Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, V&A Museum, Harris’s, etc.

Our second stay in the hotel was better then previous. Our first room was full of moths.We wouldn't get back to hotel but it was too late to change reservations, and when we got back we got better room (no moths)

We stayed in a premium room at the hotel which was really well appointed and had some beautiful touches. The welcome at reception was very good and the breakfast perfect after a big night at the Royal Albert hall.

So many moths in the room! We couldn't have a breakfast on our last day because we had to leave very early, I asked manager if we can get voucher for a future stay in 3 days since it was paid but it was absolutely out of question. Never had that problem in other hotels.

Pros: - Location: It is a few steps away from the Gloucester Road metro station, which has access to three different lines that take you to a lot of the major tourist spots in London, including the airport. There are plenty of museums, restaurants and shopping in the vicinity or just a few blocks away (10 min walk). Bus stop is nearby. - Neighborhood: The architecture is fascinating. Hotel is on a busy street, but is still relatively calm. - Room Service: The cleaning staff switched out the towels, did the bed and took out the trash everyday. Although, I’m not sure if the carpet was vacuumed frequently. The staff was also very nice the few times that I interacted with them. They reminded me about my Expedia perks. Cons: - Conditions of the hotel: The outside was well-maintained. The first floor looked like it was recently remodeled. But, as soon as you step onto the other floors, you’ll notice how narrow the halls are and the uneven floors. When I got to my room, I immediately wanted to leave. It was the smallest room I had ever stayed in. The carpet had stains all over it. There was a huge gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, so you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The bed was super rigid, but the pillows were ultra soft. I could not sleep at all. The bathroom is also tiny. You need to use your key card to turn on the lights. One morning, around 5:30 am, the fire alarm (false alarm) went off for almost 20 mins. Room was not that of 4-star hotel.

The check-in at this hotel was excellent, the lady was extremely welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have done much more to make it a seamless experience. Room was fine but honestly very average, have stayed in Radisson before and been much more blown away. Bathroom was small & shower more like a tap. Curtains didn’t close properly so light came in which was irritating, especially when trying to get back to sleep at 6am after the fire alarm wake up call. Decor is a bit dated and the bar is a bit lame for a hotel, I would personally expect a bit more options on the menu, especially alcohol free options as so many are opting for alcohol free now. Hotel location is fantastic, serviced by plenty of tube stops, close to Albert hall, really clean area, short walk to the museums. Fire alarm did go off at 5.30 due to another guests lack of responsibility, this absolutely can’t be helped so no complaints however - there was a gentleman frantically sorting the situation and his colleague who looked more inconvenienced by the concerned guests in his reception, he didn’t even acknowledge us when we first appeared. Didn’t bother to confirm it was a false alarm until prompted and just seemed irritated by us being worried. The Second Gentleman who was dealing with the room and investigating was however, fantastic and can’t thank him another. Check-out lady on reception was also very apologetic and very sweet. Breakfast was actually great & personally would recommend booking!

Gil was at reception for our check in. Very professional and greeted us warmly. We had a nice room on main level and they were attentive to our requests. Great for walking to Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Natural History. WaitRose,Boots within walking for snacks, food and pharmacy. Would stay again. Scoff&Banter restaurant is adjacent -walk through from hotel and they serve excellent fish and chips!

Very warm welcome from the Reception staff at this hotel. They had a room available earlier than check-in, so let us take occupation. The standard room is quite small but the beds are very comfortable and equipped with tea/coffee and quality toiletries. The hotel is in a good position with Gloucester Road tube station nearby and the Natural History and V and A museums are within walkable distance. Also close to plenty of restaurants. The staff at the hotel were helpful, and polite. Our standard room was OK for one night but the road noise was intrusive and the bathroom was very, very small.

Convenient location, 5 minutes away from underground station and convenience stores. The front door to the hotel is supposed to be automatic, however it is locked most of the times and staff don’t pay attention if you are waiting to get in. We had to wait outside many times and had to almost bang on the doors to get the staff’s attention. The rooms are cramped. We had a family room. The sofa bed was made of 2 twins with a huge gap in between. My child’s leg got stuck in there while asleep. The heating/cooling unit is so loud. The guest experience manager was the only saving grace. He was very kind and understanding.

Great location, great food and bar and it’s very welcoming at reception and the rooms are good Only issues - took 3 attempts to get a key card coded and it was a hell of a walk back each time, the hairdryer had blown and was only doing cold air and the sink in the bathroom had a bad crack in it. Don’t expect a view we every room we had frosted glass that was covering a central service corridor that obviously had air con units in. Not big things and everyone enjoyed it but next time I will look to upgrade the room if possible
